she started glowing as the atmosphere caught her like a sea of moonlight
it was like
meeting your first friend on a red and blue subway train filled with bubbles, watching clouds of sand bloom in the ocean's sky and manta rays sitting on the coral reef covered seats next to you,
blue butterflies collecting glass water with their wings,
like,
an experience that one could never remember the details of and all you could remember was that it was something
beautiful
she built a small fire inside her, petals of blue shooting down toward the forest because the brightest flames burn blue
how blissful
to fall into the forest
and explode
to live in immortal pieces
she fell into the forest and exploded
