After I dropped Kay off , I sped down the highway , cutting off anyone . I couldn't lose my job at Footlocker . After meeting Shad i started thinking about when he was gonna text . I thought about him as I rolled the window down because It was usually hot in Atlanta .I started to turn the radio on but, most of my car rides are silent because I don't really listen to the radio all the time .. Or unless I'm thinking .

I sang along to Teyana Taylor's ' Maybe ' as I pulled into the employee parking lot , I turned off my car and got out with my purse .

"Jazmine! You like 1 minute from being late . You got lucky . " My boss Terrence said walking to some costumers that walked in . I rolled my eyes and walked to the back . He was always giving me shit but I never called him out because I needed this job and he knew it .

I walked out of the food court with Nayina ,and we walked around the mall. She was just a part-time little bootycall , She said she wants a lil' relationship or somethin' with me . But Shaddy ain't cuffin' anytime soon .

"Sha' you gon' take me to Victoria Secret? I can pick a lil' som' som' for you." Nay said looking up at me with a wink.

"Nah' not today . I need some new shoes 'ight?" I told her noticing she Rollin' her eyes but I ain' trying ta' get it in with her. We walked into Footlocker and I looked at some shoes .

"Hi , welcome to footlocker do you need some help ? " a familiar voice said from behind me . I turned around and was met with Jazmines thick but short frame . I smirked at her and her smile started to fade

"So ? Do you need help or not ? " she said obviously trying to keep it professional.

" Na' J , I'm a'ight for right now but maybe in a bit . " I said smirking at her for a while longer

"So you just gone flirt right in front of my face Shad ?!" Nayina raised her voice eyeing Jazmine as she walked away

"Nay- fuckin' - ina you needa chill out and lower your voice .. " I said and looked her dead in her eyes . I peeped Jazmine walking over in the corner of my eye .

"Oh okay Shad , Have fun with yo' little hoe. " she said rolling her eyes at me as she stormed out .
