Author's Point of View:

The night fell on the city of mond, the free city who does not have any gods to rule them. The night was cold, and was unusually foggy.

"Woah, it's colder here in monstadt than I thought how it would be." Y/N, an adventurer from Inazuma, spoke as chills were sent down to her spine caused by the unusual coldness in monstandt.

"Yeah... But it's not usually this cold, though! When I was staying here before I went to Inazuma, night time aren't usually foggy and cold!" Thoma, a caretaker from Inazuma, spoke. Finally having the chance to come back to his home, he took the opportunity and went to visit Mondstandt once again.

"Why did you decide to come back here with us again? Ms. Beidou was shocked when you wanted to come with the crew, going back to Liyue." Y/N asked, as Thoma only chuckled at her. "Actually, I used to live here. Not until I traveled to inazuma for a mission. I couldn't come back, and they all understood. I missed the feeling of the free wind that blows in the city of Mond." He replied.

"I see.." She mumbled. "The wind here feels.. So calming, the breezy night and the unusual fog.. Oh how nice it must be to live here." Kazuha, a wandering samurai spoke, who walked in the roads of the Monstandt.

"I know right! Just the atmosphere is comcortable enough!" The two just chuckled at her and ruffled her hair.

"We should find a shelter before the morning comes, rest is a must. Tomorrow will be a long, big day." Kazuha spoke and went to look for the adventurers guild. He spotted a kid with white hair, along with another kid with gray and long hair, talking to a woman.

The 3 of them walked and went to ask for some shelter to rent for a few days or so. "Uh hello! we're here to ask if we can rent a place to stay on for a few days?" Thoma initiated, as the woman from the adventurers guild smiled and started to explain a few things.

"Ad Astra Abbysosque, adventurers! Welcome to the adventurers guild! My name is Katheryne and I am the guide of this guild. A place to rent, you say? Hm... Unfortunately, we have ran out of renting houses to rent for you. But we can ask the Knights of Favonious for you guys, if that's okay?" The woman explained while looking at a book and turning the pages back and forth, as the three of them just nodded.

"That would be delightful, thanks alot Katheryne!" Thoma thanked her and was about to walk away, when the white haired boy called out for him. "Sir! C-can I ask you something?"

Thoma smiled and nodded. "Sure! What is it?" The white haired boy smiled and walked towards him with stars in his eyes. "Are you three really adventurers??" The stars in his eyes never left as he stared at Thoma's green orbs.

"Oh, u-uh... Yeah! Yeah we are." He replied with an awlward smile plastered on his face as Kazuha only looked away, trying to avoid any suspicion arise. "Really?? Where was your last adventure?? Can you tell me some stories about your adventures?? I'll be willing to let you st-" The white haired boy was cut off when the gray haired boy pulled him over.
