Stardust part 3

Chapter 7

"Hey why are you crying?", I felt a hand on my back, a familiar voice hit my ears.

I looked up, Andy looked at me, eyes blue like ice and a slightly blue skin tone. I couldn't believe my eyes.

"Andy? You're alive! It worked! It really worked! They saved you!"

"Hey calm down, what happened?"

"I thought I lost you forever!", I cried and kissed him.

"Why?"

"You caught a deadly virus in that garden."

"But you?"

"It's deadly for humans."

One second later the doctor entered.

"I see it worked? How does he feel?"

"I feel good.", he said and I looked at him in disbelieve, also did the doctor.

"What? You can understand us?"

"Of course I can, why shouldn't I?"

"You don't wear your ear plugs."

"What? How?", we both looked at the doctor.

"We injected your husbands blood in your organism, as we're not affected by this virus. Seems like you got some of our powers. Congrats."

"You saved me. Now we're good.", he smiled.

A few hours later we could go home, the kids were flashed by the news that they'll get another brother and that their dad is now half Raxacoricofallapatorian, but they were happy. We found out Andy is now able to hear the frequencies and see the colors without any technical devices, also he had weak telekinesis and enough shapeshifting to hide the blue skin.

Andy pov

It felt weird that I had powers now, but I was able to communicate with this species without help, I even could pronounce his real name now, he cried the first time I did. I really enjoyed it, but now I also had to tell my parents.

"Hey mom, dad."

"Hello dear.", she hugged me.

"Can we come in?"

"Sure."

"We have big news. That is Johnny, our new family member."

"Oh my, hello young boy. Did he?"

"No we adopted him, his parents died and we wanted to give him a better life."

"Did you hear that?", she poked my dad.

"And there's something else." "What?"

"We were on a space cruise ship and visited another planet, I caught a virus and...", I stopped and transformed myself.

"He saved me."

My parents looked at me with shock but pulled us all into a group hug, happy that we're all alive and well. We now lived together with our four kids in Mika's ship, teleporting us to his parents my parents with the bracelets he took with him from our ten year anniversary.
