"Léah, Justin! Breakfast is ready, get your sleepy asses down here," Vanna shouted from what sounded like the bottom of the stairs.

I rolled onto my back and let out a groan as I rubbed my eyes with the palms of my hands, "Léah, we have to get up."

A muffled no was her response and she pulled the covers over her head. It made me laugh because she was not a morning person whatsoever.

I managed to get out of bed and shuffled my way towards her side. "I will drag you," I warned.

She peaked her head out from under the covers and glared, "You wouldn't dare."

The corner of my mouth lifted and I pulled back the covers. "You always doubt me, Léah."

A groan left her lips and she quickly flipped onto her back, "You're almost worse than Vanna."

I chuckled, "No one could be more worse than her."

"You're right," she smiled then sat up and sighed. "Could you be the bestfriend I could ever ask for and carry me?"

I rolled my eyes as I stepped closer to the bed and reached my right hand under her legs and my left under her arm. "Lia is probably laughing at me right now. She used to make me carry her around when she was very capable of walking."

"It's not like I'm two hundred pounds."

"I know," I picked her up and she squealed. "I'm not some houseboy, though."

A frown quickly replaced the smile that was on her face, "I don't think of you like that."

"Relax," I chuckled. "Shall we go eat, your majesty?"

Her hand hit my chest, "Stop it."

I smirked as I made my way out of her room and slowly down the stairs. "You know this is da-"

"I swear to God, if you two don't," Vanna interrupted, but stopped once she rounded the corner of the kitchen and saw Léah and I. "Oh," she breathed out. "Lazy ass."

"Don't act like Stefan never carried you around," Léah retorted.

"Stefan is my boyfriend, hell yeah he's gonna carry me around."

I set Léah's feet on the ground before I cleared my throat and changed the topic. "Breakfast smells great."

Vanna narrowed her eyes at me, "Mhm."

Then Stefan came from the kitchen and gave me a head nod, "Sup, man?"

"Hey," I replied before we all walked into the dining room. They ate every meal together at the dining table. It really made me miss family meals.

"So I see you stayed the night," Alan walked into the dining room as we all began to fill our plates.

"Yeah," I averted my eyes from his.

"No need to be nervous," he chuckled, sitting down at the head of the table.

I nodded my head and dug in. Vanna's cooking was unbelievable. Almost as good as my mom's.

"Stefan, how's your brother?" Léah asked him before taking a forkful of pancakes to her mouth.

He chuckled, "Bad as always."

"But he's so cute."

Stefan finished chewing as he laughed. "Looks are deceiving, Léah."

"I know, I know. I thought Justin was a total bad boy, but then he turned out to be the sweetest guy I've ever met," she sent me a smile and I playfully rolled my eyes.
