A/N: 20+ years later... Also, here's Xing!

"Po! What are you doing over there? Help us fight these douches before they get to the young!" An adult tigress yelled at a plump panda currently stuffing his face with dumplings. "Mrph, mmmph mm it!" He saluted and scurried over to protect the children from the raiding wolves.

A male wolf chuckled aloud to himself as he held a young rabbit by his ears and shook him clean of his money. As it all dropped to the floor, his canine comrades swiped all of it away. "Hey! That was mine!" The first wolf yelled.

The female tigress came up to him, her tail lashing from side to side. "You can have that, but not this!" she exclaimed, picking up a broken wood board from a seller's wagon, leaping high in the air, and crashing it down on the wolf's head. The board broke in half and the wolf fainted; the tigress got up and dusted her paws off, rushing to help the others.

A lone wolf came up to a young cornered goose with their claws unsheathed, picking the goose by his neck and preparing to maim him. "Sorry, kid. It's all business."

"Tigress! Go save him!" A viper exclaimed, fending off attacks from the lead wolf while gesturing to the goose off at the corner.

"I'm on it!" Tigress replied, jumping in the air and kicking two incoming wolves in the face whilst doing the side split.

She grabbed a nearby Po by the arms yelling, "Ready big guy?" "Heck yeah! Let's do this!" the panda excitedly and bravely yelled. Tigress flung Po, stomach-first at the wolf, the bouncing sound of the panda's belly echoing through their head and causing them to become dazed and near unconscious.

Tigress ran towards the lone wolf and leapt on their back, holding their head firmly against the ground and restricting their movement. Tigress hovered over the mysterious canine, growling as she removed the mask currently on their face.

Her angry expression changed from furious to confused to mildly surprised. "X-xing?" However, Tigress kept her hold on the wolf's head to the ground. The wolf adjusted her head to glance at her attacker; her eyes widened upon seeing the female tiger on her. "Tigress? Wow, it's good to see you, too," she said, her voice half sarcastic and surprised.

The feline quickly got off of her and helped the wolf up as she dusted herself. "Whoa-" Tigress whispered to herself, taking in the view of the beautiful wolf in front of her. She quickly composed herself again with as much a neutral face she could muster as Xing looked at her.

"My, you... really have grown, Tigress," Xing chuckled, looking Tigress up and down.

"Uh, thanks. You too," Tigress awkwardly answered. "Why are you here with these filthy bandits?"

"They're my new pack. The last time we saw each other, I rushed home quickly as possible, but arrived too late. My nana... she... you know, kicked the bucket," Xing answered, looking down.

"Oh."

"Yeah... I'd better get going. I'll see you around, then. Goodbye, Tigress," the wolf said, preparing to leave after her retreating group when a strong, firm paw grasped her arm and halted her from moving.

Xing questionably looked back at her old friend, who released her grasp from the wolf. "Why don't you leave your pack and join us at the Jade Palace? I promise Master Shifu is a lot more tolerable nowadays, especially with Po. Besides, I need to make up for-"

"Throwing a 260 pound panda at my face? Thank you for the offer. What time would you like me at your acquaintance?" Xing asked.

"Just before sunset," Tigress replied.

"Okay then. It's a date. Goodbye, Kitten," Xing smirked, leaping over the rooftops after her pack.

Tigress lightly blushed, before shaking it off and yelling after Xing: "Don't call me that!"

She shook her head and turned to face Po, Monkey, Mantis, Viper, and Crane, all staring at her with astounded looks.

"What?!" Tigress impatiently asked, her face holding its blank expression once more.

They all snapped out of it, except for Po who popped up behind Tigress and irritated her bit by bit. "Ooh, you like her? What was her name? She was so cool! Did you invite her over sometime? I have so many ques-"

As the panda peeked behind her shoulder and continued asking questions, Tigress' ear twitched in annoyance and elbowed Po in the guts just to shut him up.

Tigress sighed in relief and had a small smirk on as she thought of how Xing would join her again.
