• beidou simply cannot imagine losing you to a measly zombie, let alone even leaving you alone in the first place without her supervision! you're definitely not dying on her watch, she's strong with literally almost every weapon to keep you alive from any attacking zombie. all she asks in return is for you stay at your shared hideout for your safety. as time goes by, she starts to teach you how to fight as well! beidou trusts you and knows you can back her up in a life-threatening battle (god i love her)
• while childe enjoys fighting and killing those incredibly slow zombies (his opinion, not mine), he knows very much that he would not like it if you died to one of them. so he dials it back a bit, staying by you in an abandoned building and letting you rest your head on his shoulder while he keeps an eye out during the night. his weapon is right beside him though, one hand on the handle and his other hand wrapped around you. eventually he gets tired and accidentally falls asleep, his head onto yours. no worries though! because of the situation childe's senses are probably even more up, ready to sense any nearing footsteps. you're staying alive with this man surprisingly
• diluc will never split away from you or leave you by yourself, that's for sure! he stays with you all the time, making sure you're always right beside him, and stays awake at night to keep watch while you sleep. he only rests when you ask him to although he's still reluctant about it. while he promises and guarantees your safety, just seeing a smile on your face despite the current desperate situation boosts his energy ten times the amount it was before. (aka, you're living for sure) also, imagine this man holding his weapon/claymore over his shoulder and bringing it down to absolutely destroy some zombie?? with his sleeves rolled up?? gah damn
• eula would rather have a million, no, a billion people throw random crap at her all at the same time then have you get taken away from her by a zombie. even more than that! she loves you dearly and although she may not seem like it, you can most definitely see it through her actions. her arm is always held out in front of you protectively or lightly tugging the side of your shirt towards her figure. if you're ever scared she holds you to her chest at night, combing through your hair with her fingers and whispering into your ear that the both of you will for sure survive. eula plans to stay up 'till the morning until you ask her not to and to rest with you. and who is she to decline her lover?
• although jean would be panicking on the inside she stays calm for you, but you can probably still tell that she's pretty bothered. every second she's thinking about what to do next and how to make you feel more relaxed and comfortable despite the situation, wanting you to always feel safe when you're around her (ofc you already do!) she wants you to stay beside her and not run off but even asking you to hold her hand makes her feel flustered! nonetheless, she protects you all the way to the ends of the earth. eventually you ask for her to teach you how to fight against the zombies and a smile makes its way to her face just seeing you practicing with her sword.
