Angst POV (NOT STORY RELATED)

POV: You're Having Your Last Moments With Your Comfort Character

(I created this while listening to a playlist that left me crying for hours, this is not story related, as the chapter name says. This is not even proofread so it was just pure feelings and emotions. This is probably not the best, but enjoy and suffer with me /j :))

You stood in the rain, waiting for them to explain.

"Why are you running away..?" You asked, your voice grew soft.

They gave you a light smile, "my time here is up [Y/n]..."

"No.. no.. there's no way..." Your voice cracked, "You said that you'd stay with me forever.. you promised."

"I'm sorry."

The sound of rain falling and reaching the gray cement surrounded the two of you, yet it still felt quiet, the world seemed deafened.

"I can't continue without you.. I need you here with me," tears lined your sorrowful eyes.

They stepped forward and held you in an embrace. Despite the feeling of their wet clothing fabric, the warmth that their body brought slowly calmed you down.

Tightening their hold on your waist their voice quivered, "hey.. you know that even if I' not here, I'll still watch over you right?"

You nodded your head and tried to hold back the tears that were threatening to fall down your face.

"I wouldn't dare to leave you... Imagine all the trouble you would get into if I were to leave," they hesitantly chuckled.

You raised your hand and gave them a soft slap, "I'm being serious, please.. please don't leave me here... I'll be all alone."

"You will never be all alone," they pulled back from the hug and moved a strand of your hair behind your ear. "I'll always be here."

They pointed to where you heart would be located, "I'll be with you in your heart, my soul will be with you so you won't be alone.."

The tears that you were holding back began to fall, they trailed down your cheek and fell with the rain.

"Hey, hey.. don't cry, I'm still here," they smiled, the smile that lit your whole world.

You leaned on their shoulder one last time and gave them a quick hug that surprised them, but still brought a smile to their face, "I love you.."

"I love you too, [Y/n]. Stay safe for me, and wait for me, okay?" They began to fade, dissolving into bright glowing sparkles that floated away.

The tears began to fall, your eyes were producing more raindrops then the gray clouds above you. Tears that flowed on throughout the whole night.

'I'm so sorry [Y.n]...'
