You stood next to the Kawata twins while the announcement began.
"The nomination for the Tokyo Manji gang's third division captain will now begin!" Draken announced to everyone.
Small chats erupted between members. Discussions of who it might be were all around. Everyone was looking for anyone that would seemingly be the lucky one.
People looked around them, trying to locate who the new leader of the third captain would be.
After seconds, no one came forward and everyone was confused. Who was the new captain and why weren't they stepping forward?
"[Y/n], it's you," Nahoya nudged you lightly.
You took a second to register what he'd said, "wait what?"
"You're the new captain for the third division," Souya restated his brother's statement.
Despite the two pushing you towards the staircase that led up to where the top two members stood, you still weren't able to let the words sink in.
"[Y/n] [L/n], please step forward!" Mikey was waiting for you at the top.
You slowly walked up the steps. The confusion in the crowd was clearly displayed with people questioning their commander's choice, but they were much more accepting of you than they were when you were first introduced.
"This is the new third division captain!" Draken loudly told everyone.
Mikey stood up, "our gang is going to challenge Valhalla! Valhalla is a rising power with numbers Moebius could only dream of! To beat them, Toman's got to become more powerful too!!
