❝ 𝐈 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐥𝐲. ❞

  You rubbed your hand up and down your other arm. Saying no would be like saying you don't care about Draken. Saying yes would just make things awkward when you go visit him.

     "I'll go," you shyly walked through the busy hospital hallways to reach Draken.

     The nurse motioned at the door, "this is room 392, your accomplice's room. You have five minutes, he just finished with all his visitors as we'll. You would be his last. However, unfortunately for him, he needs to stay in the hospital overnight."

     "Oh, okay," you weren't really sure on how to respond to the nurse, she just dumped a bunch of information that you really couldn't care less about.

     You pushed the door and it followed the direction of force. Your bag of snacks rustled at the sudden action.

     Once you entered, you saw Draken laying on his bed that barely fit him. Being as tall as he was, the operating bed was barely a few inches longer. He was wearing a breathing mask and had all sorts of random devices hooked onto his body. Your eyes moved down towards his abdomen area, where he was stabbed. There you saw at least a half a dozen stitches.

     Even though his assault has nothing to do with you, you couldn't shake off the feeling of guilt you had. You felt responsible, and you felt like you were the reason that he's in the hospital.

     "It's not your fault [Y/n]," Draken told you.

     You sighed, "fuck you, that doesn't help with shit. I'll see you tomorrow if I'm alive, we're going to have a long chat. If I don't come then assume I'm dead.

     He could only let out a hearty chuckle, "still the same as before."

     You softly kicked the door instead of using your hands. It caught the nurse's attention and she got all worked up over nothing, it's not like there was any power behind the kick.

     "Matsuno Chifuyu is waiting for you down by the check out," a person walked by you and said.

     Leaving the nurse to continue to freak out, you made your way through the hospital by looking at signs that hung from the ceiling. They indicated where places are, which directions to turn, and when you have to climb stairs. Thankfully, you didn't have to walk for too long, the check in area was rather close to where you were.

     "[Y/n]!" He smiled at you.

     You waved at him before making your way across the whole tiled floor, "are we leaving now?"

     "Yeah."

     You gave the person at the front desk a quick bye after they checked you out of the hospital.

     "So where do you want to go [Y/n]?" Chifuyu asked you.

     You fidgeted with the new bandages that the nurse had put on before you left, "I'm not sure. I mean, I guess we can get some dinner."

     "Where do you want to go?"

     "There's a ramen shop nearby-"

     Your sentence was left unfinished. The vice captain pulled you towards his chest. Not a second later, you heard the sound of a dart whizzing by.

     "What is it now.?" You stuffed your face into his chest, "I swear to god.. if anyone is out there to kill me, I'll rip them into shreds and sell their organs for some pocket money."

     You looked around the bushes that were placed along the sidewalk, four foot tall buses. Neither you nor Chifuyu could pinpoint where exactly the dart came from.

     "We should get going," the blonde tightly gripped onto your wrist.

     Thankfully it wasn't the hand that just got stitched up, if it was, then your hand would probably turn into a fountain that spewed out blood. Not that the hand that he was holding onto didn't hurt.

     The two of you quickly began to speed walk. I'm all honesty, you felt annoyed, incredibly annoyed. You had a feeling of who it was, the only creepy ass bitch you knew, Kisaki. As far as you knew, he wasn't going to kill you. He might kill those around you, but killing you would be the opposite of his goal.

     "Chifuyu, I'm sure that this is Kisaki," you whispered in his ear.

     He raised a brow, "who is that?"

     You bit your lip, you weren't quite sure how you'd tell him, but he would have to know sooner or later.

     "A creepy guy that's mental. He wants me all to himself and shit.. he might be trying to kidnap me.."

     He was able to mask the disgust and anger that he felt with a concerned expression, "we could wait for him to come out or try to shoot another dart."

     "He was clearly aiming at me though. Kisaki definitely dipped them in some Cyanide or shit."

     Chifuyu slowed down, "I don't like where you're going with this [Y/n], I don't want you to get hurt."

     "Look, it could save both of us. If I get knocked out, he'll have to eventually come out and retrieve me. I'm almost ten billion percent sure of it, and one he comes out, you could beat him up."
 
     It wasn't that the blonde male didn't like the idea, he only hated how you were the bait. Chifuyu didn't have a problem at all with beating this so said "Kisaki" up, but he did have a problem with the sacrifice.

     "I promise, I'll be fine," you raised your pinky out at him.

     Silently, he linked his finger with yours, "if anything happens to you, I'm going to kill everyone else then myself."

     "You don't seem like the type of person to do that Chifuyu."

     "I would do anything for people I care about, people like you."

     Your mind didn't pay much attention to what he said, so you gave him a salute and ran in the opposite direction that you previously ran in. There was silence, dead silence. The only thing you we're able to hear was the sound of your heart beating and leaves rustling.

     Standing silently, you tried to act as normally as possible, which wasn't really normal. You took out your phone and pretended to scroll through the few socials you had. After about half a minute of acting, you decided to eat another one of the snacks that Chifuyu gifted you. While you were eating it, you heard the bush behind you rustle. You knew the dart was going to hit you, but you didn't have enough time to turn around.

     You cursed and stumbled towards the nearest light post and leaned against it. You could feel yourself losing touch with the world as your vision became blurring. Barely leaning on the metal pole, you sloppily yanked out the dart before telling out in pain. Your thoughts got jumbled and everything turned into random colored dots. Seconds before Kisaki came out, you were able to make out Chifuyu's figure. He seemed angered to no end.
