I took a deep breath before opening the door. I know that behind this door, there is a man in pain waiting for me.
"Love I'm home!" I shouted happily as I entered our room. I went straight to him and gave him a peck. He smiled at me and hug me. "I'm really sorry for what happened earlier." Then I looked into his eyes. "Happy Anniversary, my love!" and I gave him a smooch again.
"As I said, it's okay! Happy Anniversary... I love you!"
"So let's go?" I said and he nodded.
"What are your plans? Where do we go first?" I asked.
"Just follow me! I'll make sure you'll be happy for the whole day!" I just nodded as I heard what my husband says.

NEW'S POV:
As I was scrolling through my phone, I didn't notice that we had arrived already. I looked around and that's when I realize we were here at his parents' house. I looked back at him while he was busy removing his seatbelt. "What are we doing here?"
"We'll be having our lunch here." Then he smiles at me. I nodded and started to remove my seat belt too.
"Is it okay for you? Or do you want us to have our lunch outside?" he asked. I shook my head and smile. "I'm okay. I'm happy because it's been a while since we had our lunch with your parents."
"Good to hear that. So let's go?"
"Hmm."

"How are you, Newwiee son?" my mother-in-law asked softly. Maybe to break the silence while we were eating.
"Hey! Stop asking any questions, your sons are eating!" Tay's dad said jokingly.
"It's okay Dad! We can talk while eating. Right, Mom?" then I looked at my mother-in-law and smiled at her. She smiled back at me as she nodded.
