Dracula stalked about his study, he had only one thing on his mind, and he couldn't let it go. It was like the women turned around his whole world.

"Sir, with all due respect, you could have any of the vampire ladies we have lined up for you; why her?" One Dracula's lackeys asked.

Dracula slammed down his hands on his neat desk, and looked up, his eyes bloodshot, and his hair messy, "You don't get it, I have to have her. When I first looked into her angelic eyes, it was like the stars themselves aligned. It is fate, I know it! She is the one, and she will be my bride."

His head went up, and his eyes seemed to be looking off into space; he knew what he had to do. He would have his way one way or another.

"Take her when she's sleeping, and bring her here. Lock her in the guest chambers, and I will deal with her in the morning." Dracula demanded, he needed her, he wanted her, he couldn't live without her.

For the past few days all his thoughts had been about was this girl who popped up in his castle out of nowhere, who had looked him in the eyes without fear, who had been brave in the face of danger.

She was a Goddess he thought, she must have been, because how else could someone have such a hold on a God like him. She must have been sent from the heavens, or even the hells, to be with him.

Wherever she came from, he knew she was meant to be his bride, meant to be his queen, meant to be is everything. He would give her anything she wanted, and treat her with the upmost respect. He would give her flowers, and take her dancing.

He always prided himself on being a romantic. He was also severely obsessive, weather he would admit it or not. However, he didn't want to scare her away, so he had to take things slow at first, take her on a tour of the castle, show her the lovely garden they had. Then later he would invite her to dinner, maybe have the two of them share glass of wine.

However, if she said no, if she didn't want to. Then that's a problem, oh a huge problem. No need to worry though, he had a plan for her if she disagreed. He had everything under control. Sweet control.

"Dracula oh Dracula, what is the world going to do with you when they found about you stealing their friends to be your bride. They surely won't take it well I presume. You must make them like you so they will understand." The darkness inside Dracula's head spoke in a smooth voice.

"Yes, of course. You're right, they must be turned, all of them. Though that is a risky task, too risky in my opinion. It is only a last resort." Dracula replied to the voice in his mind.

For the rest of the night the voice and Dracula planned and schemed, waiting for his perfect bride to be in his castle.

When morning came he walked to the guest bedroom, and he could feel the anticipation build with every step he took. When he got there he could hear curse words coming from the other side of the door, and he grinned at her stubbornness.

He took the key and slowly opened the door, and there he saw his girl, his bride. She walked up to him with fury written all over her face. He couldn't help himself as he looked into her green eyes. He needed to taste her beautiful blood. He needed to have her in his arms.

So he pulled her close, and bit down onto her neck, sucking her delicious crimson liquid. When he finally stopped drinking, he smiled a dark smile at her, and said, "You will be mine my darling Emma."
