"Mother Gothel, please, no stop!" Y/n shot up from the bed, she was covered in cold sweat.

Regina woke up to the sound of Y/n mumbling and saw her sit up, it was in the middle of the night, she hadn't planned to stay this long, but she must have fallen asleep. Regina put her arms around the girl, "Hey, it's alright it was just a bad dream."

Y/n surveyed her surroundings, a bit disoriented, but when she recognized where she was at the tension in her shoulders slowly faded. However, Regina was wrong, it wasn't just a bad dream, it was also a memory. Y/n had these dreams sometimes, but this was the first time she'd had gotten one since she'd come to this place.

"Here, come lay down with me." Regina said as she gently held y/n, and y/n slowly laid back down with her. Her eyes closing once more, falling back into her slumber.

When Y/n awoke once again, she was alone in the bed. She rolled her eyes, of course Regina didn't stay till the morning.

She got out of bed, took a shower, and changed her outfit.

This is your outfit.

Y/n sat in a chair next to her vanity, it was quite boring being locked up in here, but she didn't complain. She had cursed this land. If only Regina didn't have feelings for this Emma person.

She thought for a moment maybe she didn't deserve this this type of love. No. She knew she didn't deserve this. She felt frustration bubble in her chest, a tear slipping out as she swiped her arms across vanity, things falling to the floor breaking.

She couldn't be this in-between person for Regina any longer. She needed to end it, at least till the women made up her mind, till she picked her-if she picked her.

Regina went to check up on Y/n. She hoped she might know something about the stone of light. She knocked on her door, and came in to the sight of everything on the girl's vanity sprawled across the floor, "And what exactly happened here?"

"Never mind that. We need to talk." Y/n said in calm voice.

"Yes, I think we do. Listen, do you know anything having to do with a stone of light?" Regina asked.

"Of course I do. It was in Wonderland last time I checked. You might want to ask my friend Alice. She knows more about it than me." Y/n stated as if it was common fact.

"Thank you. I'll go ask her." Regina turned to leave.

"Wait." Y/n stopped her, and Regina turned to face her once again.

"I deserve better. Whatever this is between us has to stop, at least until you make up your mind. Let me know who you choose." Y/n explained then turned away from her as to indicate the conversation was over.

"You're probably right Ms. Y/l/n. I'll leave you to it." Regina turned and left, and she couldn't help the way her heart felt like it was breaking just a little. She hated that was hurting her, but she still needed time.

Y/n heard Regina's heals fade as the door closed. She sighed, her fist clenched and her bottom lip shook, but she kept her head held high. Turning to look at her reflection in the mirror, she felt strong, yet unsettled. She cared so deeply for the women, but she didn't need or want someone who wasn't ready. This was for the best.

Regina returned to Emma and the others, "I have a lead. Alice might know where the stone of light is."

"Okay you and I can go to Wonderland, and talk to her." Emma responded.

"Actually I was thinking You, I, and Y/n could go." Regina suggested.

"Are you crazy? She literally caused this curse." David said obviously ticked off.

Emma frowned, "Yeah that seems like a bad idea."

"We need to give her a chance to make up for what she's done. I'm sure she feels bad about it, and if given the chance she'd jump and trying to fix it." Regina explained to the group. All of them except for Emma nodded.

"Yeah that's a great idea mom." Henry said.

Regina crossed her arms and looked at everyone, "Alright then it's settled, Emma, let's get her and go."
