Running Blind

(Moments Before) 

Weiss and Ruby are seen side by side holding onto a large, dark, feathery object going at high speeds. The wind howls as they're blown sideways. Both have to shout to be heard.

Weiss:"RUBY! I TOLD YOU THIS WOULD BE A BAD IDEA!" 

Ruby:" WE'RE FINE! STOP WORRYING!" 

Weiss:" I AM SO FAR BEYOND WORRYING!" 

Ruby:" IN A GOOD WAY?" 

Weiss:" IN A BAD WAY! IN A VERY, VERY BAD WAY!" 

Ruby:" WELL, WHY DON'T WE JUST JUMP?"

Weiss:" WHAT ARE YOU? INSANE?! 

Her question to Ruby is returned unanswered. Weiss tries to look for her partner but sees that the rosy girl is nowhere to be seen. Weiss doesn't take this well. 

Weiss:" Oh, you insufferable, insane, little red b-!" 

(In Present Time) 

Yang and Blake are both seen staring into the sky, where a screaming Ruby is falling from. 

Ruby:" HEADS UUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUP!" 

Also from the sky, a screaming Jaune flies towards Ruby. Time seems to stop as they're about to crash into each other. From the trees, Arthur flies out at high speed, catching Jaune with his left arm and Ruby with his right. They all spin in the air for seconds due to the momentum before Arthur falls and lands on the ground with the town in his arms and his cane sheathed to the back of his waist. Jaune has little Deathstalker's circling his head due to the impact while Ruby has little Beowolves. Arthur lays the two down on the ground as Blake and Yang run towards them. 

Ruby:" Uuuuuuugh...."

Jaune:" Never.... ever... doing that again." 

Both pop out of their dizziness as they look towards each other. 

Jaune:" Ruby!" 

Ruby:" Jaune!" 

Arthur:" Are you both ok?" 

They both turn to Arthur at the same time. Both of them jumped to hug him. 

Jaune/Ruby:" Arthur!" 

They both hug him as he chuckles awkwardly. Before long, Yang and Blake appear at the scene. 

Blake:" Wow. Did your sister just fall from the sky?"

Yang:" I..." 

Before yang can continue, several crashing sounds are heard from the trees ahead of them before an Ursa comes out, swiping its paws around, just as a blast of pink energy smashes into its back sending it down to the ground and pink sparks into the air. Smoke comes off of its back and as it disappears, Nora is seen sitting on its back. 

Nora:" YEEEEEEE-HAAAAAW!" 

She rolls off the Grimm's back, gets up, and groans. For... whatever reason..... she seems saddened by the Grimm's death. 

Nora:" Awwww.... It's broken."

She dashes to its side as Ren, out of breath and panting, comes running out of the trees to Nora's side before leaning on the monster to try and rest. 

Ren:" Nora! Please.... Don't ever do that again." 

She looks up to see her energetic partner gone. Ren gets up and frantically looks around for Nora. Nora, having run off, is now seen in the temple ruins, staring at a golden rook piece with stars in her eyes.
