Monday 08:30 AM

I exit the car and walk from the parking lot over to CARIMAC. Blake is behind me but I need to make an urgent call and I don't want him to hear.

"Hey Blake, I'm going under the tree to make a quick call before going into class," I tell him and he nods.

"Ok Shan, I'll wait right here," he says and stands to the side of the building.

I wait until I'm out of earshot before I take up my phone to make the call that I have been dreading. I do not want to get dragged back into certain things, but I don't have a choice. I dial Rohan's number and listen to it ringing before he finally answers.

Rohan: Yow

Me: Ro a Shanny.

Rohan: Wah gwaan Sis?

Me: Mi deh yah enuh. I need your help.

Rohan: Yuh know seh a anyting fi yuh, wah yuh waan?

Me: Yuh still have yuh trading link fi metals?

Rohan: Yuh know seh a mi a control dat yah now though.

Me: Watch yah! Yuh buss weh!

Rohan: Yah man, cum up yah and jus tek over yuh zeet.

Me: Mi need one, yuh can help mi out?

Rohan: Yuh sure Shanny?

Me: Yeah, you were right, he's out, I can't take any chances.

Rohan: Alright wah yuh a look pon, mi have a G 19 and a G 43 wah woulda work fi yuh.

Me: Gimmie d 19 the 43 too small.

Rohan: Hahaha yuh hear yuh.

Me: How much yuh a let it go fah?

Rohan: Yuh know seh a two dolla fi it though but as a yuh just gimmie dollar fifty.

Me: Alright, it clean up?

Rohan: Do betta dan dat Shanny, mi wouldn't do yuh dat.

Me: Yeah, mi know but mi just a check. Mi ago work pon d paper and link yuh back so no badda sell it.

Rohan: As long as yuh waan mi hold it fah, Sis.

Me: Yuh av a female dat can deliver it to mi? If Alex see mi wid yuh, him ago get suspicious and mi cyaan have dat.

Rohan: Yeah a easy fix dat, just mek mi know when yuh ready.

Me: Alright likkle more.

I end the call and walk over to the building, telling Blake later as I head to class.

Shanya's POV

Tuesday 2:15 PM

I'm in class falling asleep, this new lecturer is boring as hell but I won't put the blame squarely on her shoulders. Alex had me up for more than half of the night fucking. I was a willing participant but still, he's to be blamed. Speak of the devil, my phone lights up and I see that he's calling me, I reject the call and send a message.

Me: I'm in class Babe

Alex: Step outside and call me back.
