Mirko had just move into the office so it wasn't even branded yet. Honestly she hadn't really put much thought into an agency.
She was a loan wolf and didn't get to where she was by being social.
So when the two teens had entered she couldn't offer any of the basic sugar coating many heros had to add for PR shit.
Her recent bump to 7th rank has pushed her PR team to push for more PR.
"No I don't wanna sign autographs. No I don't want any advertising jobs. How can I even leak a sex tape if I've never had sex?! Because I never lose!" Mirko had argued with them over the phone. "We'll discuss this later."
Izuku and Himiko had been given the standard forms so she wouldn't get in any legal trouble.
"Ok now rules for learning from me. No using your quirks unless I give you permission." Mirko said.

"No using it for perks or flexing on anyone."
"Damn." Izuku said.
"And no slacking in anything like school." Mirko said "You need to maintain at least a 79% in your classes."

Mirko had tested their level of fitness.
Himiko could haul ass when she had to. Izuku measuring should could move 90 feet in 6 seconds if she pushed herself. He could move 60. Nothing compared to hero 210. (Base 30 + unarmored movement 30 + mobile 10 × 3 dashing as an action and a bonus action.)
Himiko was definitely lower in terms of strength. Izuku wasn't All Might but he was cut.
She had learned the green one was alot tougher when it came to pain tolerance. "Pain is an old friend."
"Ok gonna get back to that." Mirko said "Mobility is gonna be the focus for you two."

"Now what spells do you know exactly?"

"Aw man." Himiko said "You should be shitting yourself in fear."
Izuku flipped through his book "Sorry I don't have many damage dealers. Flames of Jericho!"
Mirko saw the wave of flames and jumped over it.
"How the hell did you miss?!" Himiko shouted.
"She is a pro hero." Izuku said "But I do have aimbots."
Shooting off a magic missile hitting her in the stomach 3 times.
"Now your out of spells." Mirko said before another magic missile was fired.
