"-come on! Hideo! Let's go!" We stumble out of his apartment and onto the sidewalk. He hands me a warm cup of hot chocolate and yanks my beanie down over my eyes.

I let out a yelp before fixing my beanie and slapping him on the back of the head. He just laughs and takes a sip of his hot cocoa.

I roll my eyes and continue walking down the street. While we were having dinner Hideo had started going on and on about the Cherry Blossom Gardens...Whatever those are! But once he heard that I had never been he basically dragged me out of the chair, explaining that we were going right that minute.

(I have NO CLUE if cherry blossom gardens are an actual thing its just that I put on a lotion called cherry blossom and BOOM the idea struck!!)

Ten minutes later we finally reach the garden. I tug my hood down even lower and then turn to Hideo making sure that you wouldn't be able to tell who we were at first glance.

Being famous has its ups and and downs. On one hand I have enough money to feed an entire continent if I wanted to. But at the same time your constantly followed by paparazzi and have people constantly involved in your personal life.

So yes, sometimes it is hard. But other times I've just gotten so used to people constantly attacking me that I barely even pay attention anymore.

I shake myself out of my thoughts and slip my hand through Hideo's. It's slightly calloused from constantly working with the Neuralink, and hundreds of different chemicals. But then again, so is mine.

I breath out a sigh and watch as my breath puffs out in a white cloud. Hideo looks at me concerned.

"Mi? You okay." I smile up at him.
"Yeah...It's just really nice out here." Despite the bitter cold that nips at my cheeks turning them a rosy pink and seeps through my skin freezing my bones. I enjoy the chill. It's nice.

Hideo grins.
"Just wait until we reach the garden." I give a small laugh and he tugs me along.

"Close your eyes! Close e'm!" I giggle and shut my eyes.
"There closed!"
"Promise?" He sounds so skeptical that I can't help but laugh. I turn to where I could have sworn he was.

"Yes Hideo. I promise." I say with raises eyebrows and smirk. I hear a snort.
"Emika. Your talking to air." I take a deep breath and turn around looking directly into his eyes.

"Im humoring you, Deo. Im Emika Chen. I will ALWAYS know where you are." I hear him gulp and I just smirk. I lean forward and peck him on the lips.

"You can be scary Emika Chen." I just laugh.
"Let's do this! Show me these beautiful cherry blossom thingys you always talk about." He shoves me a little before stopping completely.

I adjust my beanie and wrap my jacket a little tighter around myself. I feel his breath against my ear.
"Open your eyes Emika." He whispers. I slowly allow my eyes to open and gasp when my eyes fully except what I am looking at.

(Look at the picture at the top of the chapter! It looks like that but everything is dusted with snow...Picture that...And make it a million times more beautiful and romantic and still that would only be a fraction of how beautiful these "Cherry Blossom Gardens" are)

I am standing in the middle of thousands of trees...all winding themselves along hundreds of forking paths. Some lead to willow trees covering benches and others to now frozen ponds dusted with snow.
