Sirius' POV : (4th year)
James was rambling about how he is going to crush the Ravenclaw in the upcoming quidditch match which was in an hour, Remus was reading a book while Peter was ogling a girl in Hufflepuff, I winked at a group of giggling girls who were sitting near us making half of them squeal.
"......they always play dirty, anyways do you know about the new chaser in our team?" James asked shaking me out of my trance.
"huh?" I blinked twice and looked at him.
"Were you asleep or something? I asked if you know about the new chaser that joined after Arthur left the team?"James asked cleaning his glasses.
"Umm...No?" I furrowed my eyebrows "when did Arthur leave the team?"
"He left after Malfoy basically bought the Slytherins with his money, do you even pay attention mate?" James asked looking kind of disappointed.
"Oh, no I didn't know that because we were making a plan for Remus' furry little problem" I grinned at Remus who was looking almost annoyed.
"Okay, so I met her yesterday.." James started explaining as I ate my porridge "she is new and one of Lily flower's best friends, I think she's pretty cool mate, you should meet her some time"
I nodded, "We will meet her before the match right? so it's-"
"Potter, Black, we have to get to the grounds" The captain called from down the table, standing up with the rest of the team.
Both of us stood up and James ran up to Evans to invite her to the match.
I changed into our quidditch robes and soon all the others came out as well, I saw a new girl with beautiful (h/c) hair (Hair colour) come out of the girl's changing room when the captain started with the 'before match' talk.
".....be careful and chasers make as many goals as you can with y/n being new in the team, Potter I hope you can catch the snitch for us" The captain patted James back and walked out to talk to McGonagall who was waiting for him.
McGonagall led us to the entrance where we stood with our brooms. I kept making eye contact
with 'Y/n', which was making me more intrigued about her.
We flew into the air after the so-called handshake of the captains after hearing madam hooch's whistle, the quaffle was thrown into the air.
I flew towards the quaffle but the girl caught it first and flew straight towards the Ravenclaw hoops.
Y/n's POV : (Yes, finally!)
Madam Hooch blew her whistle and the quaffle was thrown into the air, I caught it before the guy with shoulder-length hair grey eyes could, we've been making eye contact a lot making me curious about him, he also seems to be friends with James.
I flew towards the Ravenclaw hoops and made a goal from the left hoop, "Y/N Y/L/N, HAS ALREADY GAINED 10 POINTS FOR GRYFFINDOR"
I grabbed the quaffle again, trying to make it past the Ravenclaw chasers who were now chasing me for the quaffle, I saw the guy fly towards us motioning for me to throw the quaffle to him, I threw it with some strength and flew by his right, accelerating the speed of my broom , successfully avoiding the chasers.
".....SHE IS BEING CHASED BY THE RAVENCLAW CHASERS...AND THE COORDINATION BETWEEN BLACK AND Y/L/N TURNS OUT TO BE GREAT, BLACK ZOOMS THROUGH THEM EASILY AND SCORES! 10 POINTS TO GRYFFINDOR, TAKE THAT YOU BIRDS" Jordan yelled making Mcgonaggall yell at him and the Gryffindors cheer.
I smiled at the commentary and Sirius who was now cheering with the crowd but then both of us noticed that one of the chasers from Ravenclaw was speeding towards the Gryffindor goals.
We caught up with the chaser when suddenly the guy pushed me down a bit knocking the Ravenclaw off his broom with the buldger that was coming straight at me. I looked at the guy as he caught the quaffle.
"Thanks!-" I thanked him in a questioning tone asking for his name.
"Sirius Black, you can call me Sirius" he winked at me, passing the quaffle to Spinnet.
There were many other goals making it 80 to 30, Ravenclaw was losing badly, I and Sirius were making most of the goals making the crowd cheer our names.
"AND ANOTHER GOAL FOR GRYFFINDOR IT'S NOW 80 FOR GRYFFINDOR AND 30 FOR RAVENCLAWS- LOOKS LIKE JAMES POTTER HAS SEEN THE SNITCH" catching the Ravenclaw seeker's attention.
We watched intently as James followed the snitch almost leaning flat on his broom to increase the speed "GO JAMES, YOU CAN DO IT!" I cheered him on while Sirius made another goal.
I grabbed the quaffle, passing it to Sirius who passed it to me and I passed it back to him, this kept happening until we reached the hoops once again and made a goal, high-fiving after seeing the frustrated looks of Ravenclaws.
"ANOTHER GOAL FOR- AND GRYFFINDOR SEEKER JAMES POTTER HAS CAUGHT THE SNITCH EVERYONE, 150 POINTS, GRYFFINDOR WINS" The commentator yelled out cheering on for Gryffindor.
(Time-skip)
I was walking towards the common room with James and Sirius while they talked about their other friends and the win.
"....I already knew we were going to win easily" James continued ranting
"Of course, you knew James," I commented sarcastically making him roll his eyes and Sirius snort.
"Oh, just like I know how well you and Sirius coordinate? huh?" James teased
"Shut up, Prongs we just became friends and it was just a game..." The three of us continued bickering about stuff until we reached the common room where we were immediately pushed into a group of teens partying about the win.
(Time_skip)
"c'mon, Lils, not you too" I groaned putting my book down.
"now look at the chemistry between you two y/n/n, even though I hate the marauders" Lily explained teasing me because I teased her about James "except Remus, of course," The redhead added quickly after Remus gave us a look.
"Anyways, we have Potions tomorrow and then I have to go to the library" I looked through my schedule, deciding to go to sleep after this.
"Oh yeah! Good night then, I am going to sleep, meet me in the library before lunch alright?" Remus asked as he stood up.
I stood up as well agreeing with him and walking up with Lily.
I opened the door with a thud making Marlene jump.
"Jesus, YOU SCARED ME-" she stood up.
"oh" was all Lily said.
"Are you guys hiding something?" she pointed an accusing finger at us, Lily squealed and started explaining making me groan and put my head in my hands, and soon there was another squeal.
"I DON'T LIKE HIM" I jumped on Marlene's bed, knowing she has something to say too.
"Okay, so what is it?" I asked her squinting my eyes suspiciously.
"W-what?"
"C'MON REVEAL IT BITCH, I AM WAITING" I slapped her on the back.
"Language, Y/n" Lily warned.
"Okay...umm" she blabbered some random stuff making me roll my eyes at her
"Lily get me my wand, please" I held my hand out
"What? why?"
"Because I need to find the person who jinxed her tongue" motioning at Marlene
Marlene calmed down a bit and finally said it
"Look I am a bit scared about how you guys would react but I am bi-sexual" she took a deep breath looking embarrassed and scared.
"WHAT?! THAT'S AMAZING" I screamed with Lily and we both hugged her as tight as we could.
The door opened and another friend Lara, Lara Reeds entered the room and soon joined us on Marlene's bed, we joked around and slowly fell asleep with smiles on our faces.
Okay this is the first chapter and I will try to improve my writing style as much as I can
