Third person's POV
Luca had fallen into a deep sleep and he started dreaming.
He was back in Potoroso and in a small house
He walked out
A man's voice spoke from outside,
"Smuca! Come on! We're going to the island to fish and catch a sea monster."
And old man said, "Come on don't keep your grandfather waiting."
He looked in the mirror and saw a look alike except with ocean blue eyes, his cap backwards and hair less curly.
He left and in a different voice,
"Coming father! Coming grandfather!
They got on the boat to the island and Smuca sighed because he didn't want to hunt any sea monsters and surprisingly saw people on the island.
They got on shore and Smuca was the first to search and saw two people.
Smuca said, "Hello are you two alright?"
The male spoke, "Yes, this is our island may I ask why your trespassing."
Smuca said, "Sorry we didn't know anyone lived here, here to make it up to you."
He gave them his lunch, trenette
After one bite they ate like savages and Smuca was surprised but chuckled
The male blushed and spoke,
"I'm Alberto by the way and this is my sister Giulia."
Giulia said, "Ciao."
Smuca said, "I'm Smuca Picoletto and again sorry for trespassing my dad and grandfather are sea monster hunters... and I'm just brought along... I don't even want to hunt any."
Alberto said, "Your different than the others...but I really want to trust you... come back to the island tonight and we can talk."
Smuca was confused but agreed.
At night
Smuca snuck out and returned to the island to see Alberto and he was so nervous he was talking to himself.
Smuca said, "Okay whatever it is I'm sure it's a good thing, Alberto is really nice... and really cute and handsome but in sure he's not into guys but is green emerald eyes are gorgeous and his curly hair looks so soft I wanna touch it..."
He got to the island and Alberto was there and said,
"Wow. You just met me and you already missed me that much."
Smuca blushed and got on the island.
Alberto said, "You won't hunt sea monsters but how would you feel if you actually see one? Would you be afraid?... would you accept?... or kill?"
Smuca was very confused but Alberto jumped into the water and came out a purple scaled sea monster and Smuca's eyes widened but approached Alberto and touched his face.
Smuca said, "I'd protect it and try my best to make it happy."
Alberto blushed really red, his and Smuca's heart started pounding really fast.
Everyday they meet up in secret and Smuca would always bring something for them to do and bring trenette that Alberto loves to eat and they happen to get closer every day.
Alberto played a song on the record player and waited for Smuca to arrive and when he did.
Alberto pulled Smuca into a dance and everyone they spinned Smuca switched back and forth from Luca to Smuca and the time the song ended Alberto and Smuca shared their first kiss.
In the tower
Alberto and Smuca were gonna have their "first night together".
Smuca was nervous and Alberto held his hand and kept assuring him everything will be alright.
As they kissed a Smuca became Luca and after a few seconds...
Back in reality
Luca woke up back to reality
Luca said, "Oh it was just a dream... or was it a vision of something else."
He was about to get up but felt a hand around him.
He looked next to him to see... Alberto sleeping next to him!
Luca screamed really loud walking Alberto up
Luca said, "What are you doing here!?"
Alberto said, "Your my fiance and sharing a room isn't a big deal."
He pulled Luca into a morning kiss
Alberto asked, "Why did you agree to be my husband? Do you secretly love me or was it out of fear?"
Luca didn't know how to answer but said,
"I was scared a little but I mostly agree because you might seem angry and I think deep down your a good sea folk."
Alberto said, "That's surprising to hear and you shall enjoy the day till the evening my sister and father will wait for you."
He left some food for Luca and save him a carved wooden vespa as a gift and he left the tower.
Luca looked from the open hole and saw Alberto looking at the rock statue.
Luca said, "Was it really a dream or a vision from the past?"
