Luberto: Love Beneath the sea

Chapter 8: 1st date & fight/ I'm not Smuca!

A month has passed and it was getting close to their wedding day

Luca continued having those dreams of Smuca and Alberto and seeing himself and was slowly turning into a sea monster day by day.

Alberto treats Luca the way he treats Smuca and even calls him Smuca but Luca noticed but plays along to make Alberto happy and get to know his fiance.

Then one night...

Luca's POV

One night

As I was looking for my favorite family picture of me and my family that went missing, I heard someone coming and looked.

It was Guilia, she came to see me and gave me a hat to wear, she told me to follow her.

I got in the ocean and I felt my ears change to fins, some of my hair turned to blue scales and my eyes change and I swam.

I've followed Giulia to the an old town that looked abandoned and destroyed, but I have a feeling this is where the sea folk use to live before.

Giulia said, "Don't ask why we're here or what happened here, that's something we don't talk about since... *quietly* Smuca."

I managed to hear the name, then we stopped by a big fancy old party place and Giulia left but not without saying,

"Be careful not to ruin that hat it's really important to him and whatever you do don't make him mad!"

I took a deep breath and went inside

Inside
Alberto's POV

I was waiting inside and had everything ready hoping Luca will come and I turned to see him and played music.

Luca said, "So why did you want me to meet you here?"

I lit the little lamp and there was a romantic dinner for the two of us.

I said, "So we can have our first date, you said you wanted to know me more and a date is normal for a future married couple."

Luca said, "I guess your right."

Third person's POV

As they sat down across from each other as their date began.

Everything seemed to be doing okay and the date was going well.

Alberto stood up and played the record player.

(Play Music and I don't own music)

Alberto held his hand out and asked,

"May I have this dance, Luca?"

Luca blushes as he felt his heart beat and butterflies in his stomach but nodded.

They took each other's hands and danced together.

As each step of the dance took place, they seem to get closer and Alberto was about to kiss Luca... but

Alberto said, "Do you love me, Smuca?

Luca heard and he has had it, he pushed Alberto away and shouted,

"Stop it! I'm not Smuca!"

Alberto said, "Don't you ever talk to me that way! When we get back you go right back to that tower!"

Luca said, "I can talk to you anyway I want! And you can't tell me what to do your not my mother!"

Alberto said, "Well I'm your future husband! So get use to my orders!"

Luca said, "Well I'm also your future husband so get use to my complaints! And get it through your head that I'm not Smuca! I am not his replacement or suppose to be him!"

Alberto said, "Just Shut Up! You do a bad job at being him anyway."

Luca lost it and took off the hat trying to rip it and Alberto kept begging him to stop.

Luca shouted, "I'm bad, look at you! Your bad at showing respect, showing you actually want to love me, and You disgust me! I'll have you know I'll never be your replacement for Smuca, I'd rather die than be who you want me to me because, I'M NOT SMUCA!"

He ripped the hat that made Alberto lost it, with one hand he took out Luca's favorite family picture he took and with his other hand slaps Luca scratching his cheek.

Alberto said, "You are my fiance and you shall give me respect!"

He burnt the picture in the fire of a candle which hurt Luca to make him cry seeing tbe only reminder of his family gone.

Luca said in tears, "You are a monster! Not just because your a sea monster or kraken, it's because your a heartless jerk, who cares for no one but himself!"

He ran away and Alberto realized what he just did and puts out the fire but it barley was saved and Alberto cried because Luca was right he is a monster.

With Luca

He was at the tower crying himself to sleep and after a few a while he started dreaming again

In Luca's dream

The hat was Smuca's obviously... and then he and Alberto had a big fight even Smuca called him a monster.

Alberto ran away in tears and sat alone near in the tower.

Smuca arrived and said, "Alberto? Look I'm sorry for... what I said."

Alberto said, "I am not a monster! But I always get treated like one... maybe you are right I am a monster."

Smuca hugs him and said, "No you're not, your misunderstood and your good in heart, I'm sorry for what I said."

Alberto then pins down Smuca and said,

"I forgive a little bit but if you want me to forgive you than you will have to stay with me and agree to marry me in our hidden town."

Smuca thinks and said, "Deal and anything else?"

Alberto think and said,

"......... Start a family with me."

Smuca blushed and said,

"W-what!? But we're both guys Alberto I can't get pregnant."

Alberto said, "It could be possible, sea folks aren't human and we are like magic so it can be possible for us."

Alberto leaned in to kiss Smuca and Smuca turned to Luca as Alberto kisses him.

In reality

Luca's POV

I woke up as I was catching my breath from my almost moving onto the biggest step in my dream.

There was snoring next to me and I saw Alberto asleep with a paper and I took it to look.

It was a drawing of me and my family and he must've drew for hours to make it look exactly like the picture and it was wonderful what he did.

I took a needle and thread and started sewing the hat to fix it and put it on his head.

I then leaned in and.... kissed him! Why did I kiss him!?

I went back to bed hopefully Alberto won't know but I didn't fall asleep without saying,

"I'm sorry Alberto."

Alberto's POV

I woke up after feeling a sudden kiss from Luca and I can't believe it he kissed me! And apologized... I guess a little kindness is good and starting tomorrow I'll be a better sea folk.
