As they walked through the dark and misty halls, with each creak of the wooden floor, a feeling of dread crept at them.
Something about the mansion felt...odd; almost as if,
They weren't alone.
But they soon brushed off the feeling and proceeded to find the key that fits the right door.

Trying to unlock any door they soon with the skeleton key, but to no avail.
The keyholes to the doors are all very different from each other, they each have their own intricate design, so it seems like this won't be the only key the trio were to find.
Clyde getting more and more frustrated as seeing no doors are unlocked. He almost gave up until Ewan told him to keep going.
"UGH! None of these damn keyholes fit the fucking door!" Clyde exasperated.
"Dude chill out, this house is huge, we'll probably find the right door soon." Ewan trying to cheer Clyde up.
Clyde just sighed sharply, as they proceeded to try every other door.

Just as they all were on the verge of giving up and leave, they heard a click at a certain door.
They all got excited and proceeded to open the door to reveal a very old library but it was still in ok condition.
It was very old and musky and it was hard to breathe because of all the dust.
They all walked around the library as they admired each thing there.
There were a lot of books considering it was quite a small library. Most of the books there were written by the same writer; Isla Paisley.
They didn't know who that was since the folktale didn't mention any names for anonymity for centuries.
Curious, they decided to read one book titled 'Father And Me'.

Opening the book, they were greeted with dust which made them cough and sneeze.
As they were getting the dust out of the way, a card from the book slipped and fell.
Finsley, being the only one who noticed, picked the card up and opened it.
It was wax sealed so it was quite hard to open for the weak Finsley, but luckily she managed.

Opening the said card, she read it out loud so the boys could hear.
"Um, guys, check this out." Finsley said with a soft tone.
The boys both turned to Finsley as she read the letter.
"Uhm, Dear Father, I'm sorry it took me quite a while to write to you, I've been busy with my children. I've wanted to inform you of Alastair's behaviour. He hasn't been the best husband so far, he has been hitting me and yelling at me quite a lot lately. Me and my children are all very scared of Alastair. I know you opposed to the marriage but he was a different man at the time. I fell in love with him because of his bravery and kind soul, but he changed ever since I've had my youngest daughter, Eilidh. But luckily, Alastair has been on a very long trip to somehwere, i don't know where, he never told me. But besides all that, me and the children have been very healthy and we hope to see you soon Father.
Love, Isla."
