"I'M GOING WHERE NOW?" Armelle held her arms up as the small maids ran around her in circles. Fixing and sprucing up the long-ivory dress that she was draped in.
"You have a date with the king, love!", The raven-haired girl squealed out as she tied a small ribbon to the front of the dress. "I'm so jealous of you!" She continued as she stood in front of Armelle to look at her work.
"Please, Misa. None of us had a chance to begin with." A ginger-haired girl said as she finished fluffing out Armelle's hair.
The raven-haired girl named, Misa glared at the ginger girl.
"You didn't have a chance, Vic don't project onto me." Misa tooted up her lip.
Vic rolled her eyes.
Armelle awkwardly looked between the two girls as she let out a small chuckle at their interaction.
"Girls! Don't talk about your crushes on the king in front of his future wife!" A blonde-girl had stomped in suddenly from the small-bathroom in the bedroom.
Misa and Vic both winced st the blonde girl's scolding.
"Sorry, Karie." "Our bad, Karie."
Armelle scratched the back of her neck.
"Umm, it's really fine.. I'm not exactly fond of the king. I'd be elated if you guys took him." Armelle joked.
A bleak silence rushed over the room as they stared at her wide-eyed. All looking at each other in complete shock.
"Wh-what?" Armelle held her weak smile. She definitely said something wrong here.
"You're not excited to marry the majesty?" Vic said flabbergastedly.
"He's the most handsome prince and king to grace Darveer. How could you not be happy?" Misa said.
Armelle fold her hands in front of her as she stepped back abit. They were making her extremely uncomfortable with their questions. It's almost like they think she's the one who's ungrateful and cruel for not being happy.
But, the king's a monster. She saw what he really was the night he came into her cell and broke her wrist. Which was healing nicely thanks to Floyd's dedicated treatment.
Speaking of Floyd, she's really missing him right about now. He's been busy running around doing tasks for Yoongi that he barely has time to check in with her.
