'-Ah how strange everyone seems to be back to normal just like it was before the tragedy. As much as I'm glad to see everyone again as their normal selves I'm pleased to see Nanami without any sort of injury on her body, but now isn't the time to brag about my happiness, no- it's time to .......Freak out.
"Argh!"
"What's up with you?" Kuzuryuu said.
'For some reason I still feel the pain of the sharp object that stabbed me, it hurts like hell."
"Why don't you take the day off Komaeda-kun, I can see you're not feeling the best right now so go rest up, we need you to be in high spirits for tomorrow!" The teacher said with enthusiasm.
".....uh ok, thank you."
I got my school bag and left the classroom. I didn't want to go back to my dorm so I decided to go explore the campus and reminisce about the times when everything felt normal.
I took my time as I walked the hallways of the school looking out the window and seeing other Ultimates playing with each other. I enjoyed the breeze as I walked near the trees, for the first time in a while I really felt alive. I've never been more happier to be alive than I am right now.
I kept walking while viewing my surroundings, while being distracted I accidentally bumped into someone.
"Ah, I'm sorry I wasn't looking where I was-"
"Damn it! what the hell— oh! It's you..." the other said unamused.
"Huh?..." I looked up to see an annoyed guy who has messy navy blue hair, and ragged clothing. I knew this boy well, this guy is my neurologist 'Yasuke Matsuda' the one I can feel comfortable calling my friend, the one who took the most care of me whenever I needed him the most, even when he was frustrated with my ramblings on hope he would never leave until He was 100 percent sure I was alright.
"Yasuke-kun..." I almost wanted to cry, almost.
"Yeah, yeah it's me. Look I'm busy alright, I need to go-" I cut him off by instantly hugging him and rubbing my face on the side of his neck. "What the hell?!" The other said in surprise.
"Yasuke-kun I missed you so much, I can't help but feel so happy right now." I hugged him tighter.
"Fucking hell Komaeda, is your brain loosing more brain cells than before? You saw me last week you cotton head." The other tried to push me away.
"Huh? Really I don't remember, can you remind me again." I mostly said that so I could spend time with him, I really do miss him.
"Argh! I have things to drop off so you might as well help me as I remind you."
"Yay!"
He gave me a few light weighted objects and started walking as I followed behind him.
"So like I said you saw me last week, we did your weekly check ups and I've confirmed that your symptoms haven't worsened so I allowed you to leave early. But since you can't remember about those events I can only assume you've gotten hit in the head with a strong object or your dementia is getting worse and I have to fucking treat it now!" He said the last part seriously as if he wanted to drop all of his things and drag me towards his lab.
"I'll explain everything Yasuke-kun but I'll have to warn you that you won't believe anything I'll say."
"Yea yeah I've heard more deluded things from you in the past so I won't even be surprised." He grumbled.
