The Group of friends Stood there in shock but Christopher immediately scooped his baby sister in his arms before snapping the rest of them out of it. Demari continued to try to calm Alura down while king ran to the nursery to get the hospital bag.
Chris headed to the garage. He quickly opened the door to the truck before placing her in the passenger seat and putting her seatbelt on.
Chris ran back inside while King ran past him to load stuff in the truck. Chris ran to grab his keys and his and Cassidy's phone. When Chris got back to the truck everyone was in there and Cassidy was still unconscious. And Alura had calmed down a little.
When they arrived at the hospital Chris got out and ran inside yelling. "Help my sister passed out and she's in labor". The nurses quickly got Cassidy a gournee and got her in a labor and delivery room. As soon as they got her plugged up to everything Cassidy woke up crying out in pain.
The nurse told chris to wait outside till further notice. Chris had slid down the wall outside the room and immediately started crying. He had stayed calm through it all but it just now set in that shit is not okay. He tried to reassure himself that it was okay. But his best friend and his little sister were not okay.
Meanwhile not to far away judis was fighting nurses.
He had just woken up from surgery not even an hour ago. He had completely shattered his ankle but other than a few scratches he was fine. He was looking for his phone but the nurses were just trying to keep him in bed.
"Man just give me a fucking phone" he was impatient and angry but none the less worried. He saw the clock on the wall and time was definitely further back than it was when he blacked out.
The nurses were able to negotiate with him laying back down for a phone. He immediately dialed Cassidy's number. It just rang. A long ring that had judis feeling some type of way. He knew something wasn't right. He called another 4 times but same thing.
His eyes began to sting and he curled his fist in frustration. He calmed himself down and called chris. Chris picked up on the last ring.
Chris was still really shaken up about cassidy so when he heard judis's voice it helped and also made things a little worse.
After judis calmed him down he immediately asked about cass and their baby. Chris told judis what happened and by the end of the conversation king had found chris and judis was calling for a nurse to take him to his girls.
In the maternity ward, Alura was getting checked out. She was feeling pain and Dee made her go get checked out. They lost their first baby to not immediately checking on the baby. But the rest of the group don't know about that. Sohe is making sure it doesn't happen again.
King and Chris sat in the waiting area with all of Cassidy and the baby's things while they waited for news on the two. Right as a nurse came out of her room they heard her crying. They immediately stood up. Before the nurse spoke another nurse and Judis came rolling up in a wheelchair with a nurse behind him.
"How is she" he questioned immediately.
"She is about to tell us right now" king nodded towards the nurse.
"She is in early labor. She is only 2 centimeters dilated but the baby appears to be breached and is causing her some
pain so it's just a waiting game right now. The doctor is trying to get the baby back to normal position but it's hurting momma so we will try again a little later. But one of you can go be with her right now." she pointed toward Cassidy's room and they all said thank you.
Chris and king hugged Judis before sending him off into her room.
