(Here are some of the four forgettable characters from my Total Drama story, I replaced Zim with Dib cause I thought that if Zim were an agent of D.H.O.R.Ks then, it'll make him feel out of character.)
First, let's start off with Neil, he one of the leaders of D.H.O.R.Ks and is one of the smartest among his team. He's known for being too introverted and doesn't interact with people that much, though if he does interact with them, he becomes paranoid and foul mouthed towards them, he and his team are obsessed with finding anything abnormal and taking unusual creatures into their base so that they could examine them, experiment them and maybe torture them physically in order to find some readings, and they don't care on who they come across on.
Next there's Mandy, she's known as a sour grape, meaning she never learned to smile and she was always cold hearted from the moment she was born. She's never once been interested in forming relationships or friendships with anyone, and she mostly sees her team as idiots. The only teamate she seems to tolerate is Gaz, as they both share their hate in humanity. Out of all of them, she is described as the meanest, due to her menacing appearance and her bossy attitude.
Then there's Dib Membrane, he's the son of a famous scientist but is usually shut out by him because Dib has an obsession with the paranormal, out of all his members, he's the one who's most interested in studying any form of paranormality any way possible, though he isn't a fan of some of Neil's crazy ideas as the two share a rivalry together. He serves as a weapon specialist and is an excellent inventor, the only thing that scares him would be his sister Gaz.
Speaking of Gaz, our last member is Gaz Membrane, Dib's sister, she's an ill tempered girl who focuses most of her time on playing video games and eating pizza. If someone were to take away her pizza, her video games or make her angry, then that will be the last thing anyone is gonna do, as she goes completely aggressive when she's angry. Out of all the members, she is described as the scariest, because of her short temper, her menacing behavior and her hate on humanity, she doesn't even treat her brother well at all.
