After finishing up on the forms for the yellow, purple and white chaos emeralds, I went ahead and made the form for the light blue emerald, which symbolizes symbolizes Diligence, the polar opposite of Sloth. The theme for this form is Quiet or Emotional Rock.
When Rainbow Dash put all her hard work and effort to save someone she cares about and refuses to give up on them, it powers the light blue chaos emerald and allows her to achieve this form.
With this form, she is able to camouflage herself through each environment she comes across, just like how the purple emerald allows her to turn invisible. However, for the light blue emerald, she is able to send strong gusts of wind and do her best to withstand the cold, but it doesn't stop her from feeling cold. She is also able to get into the minds of others to see what's in their memories, so that she could see if there was a problem she could resolve, but she stills keeps her boundaries for others.
