Jake POV

Jessie: Hey you made it! Uh M/C is this?

She points at me & winks at M/C. M/C laughs and introduces me to the group.

M/C: guys this is Jake, Jake this is Cleo, Jessie, Thomas, Dan & Lily

Jessie gets a huge smile on her face and embraces me in a hug. I hesitated at first but then gave in and hugged her back. She whispered in my ear.

Jessie: you hurt her I'll kill you

Don't Jessie worry I don't plan too. I want to spend the rest of my life with her. The rest of the group comes up to us. Lily sprints towards me & hugs me. Being on the run you forget how good hugs feel.

Lily: I'm so happy I get to finally meet you! I wish Hannah was here though.

I place my hand on her shoulder.

Jake: We will find her.

I shoot her a small smile. I see M/C is on the couch talking to Dan. I went over to see if she needed anything.

Jake: Hey sorry to interrupt did you want something to drink?

M/C: Sure, maybe some wine please

Jake: of course. Dan need anything?

Dan: No I'm good bro thanks

I go into the kitchen Thomas is in there on his phone. I pour M/C a glass of red wine & grab myself a water.

Thomas: are you guys any closer to finding her?

Jake: well, we haven't had any leads since Richy was taken. All we know is that he heard a woman screaming coming from the forest.

Thomas: do you think it was Hannah?

Jake: either that or MWAF was trying to lure him in there, but I haven't been able to figure out why.

Thomas: Cleo & I can go to the spot he was taken tomorrow & see if we can find any clues.

Jake: okay just be extremely careful, we can't have anyone else going missing.

M/C POV

M/C: thank you so much for last night, I owe you one.

Dan: no problem kiddo. Just help us find Hannah & Richy. I hate seeing Lily so sad all the time.

M/C: you and lily huh? I thought you and Jessie had a thing?

Dan: Jessie & I realized we are better as friends, she is in love with Richy ya know?

M/C: I kind of figured that by the way she talks about him. I hope we find them soon.

Dan: If anyone can find them it's you and Jake. I can feel the chemistry between you too. Are you guys dating yet?

M/C: Well not officially

Dan: You like him though, right?

M/C: I do. I just hope he feels the same about me especially after knows about my past and he sees

Before I was about to tell Dan about my leg Jake walks back up to us and hands me the wine. I should probably keep it to myself for now anyways it's not that important.

M/C: thank you Jake
