Of course.

Sylvie was the one to wake up with the worst feeling in the world. Her head was killing her, her stomach churning and her whole body feeling weak. She glanced slightly at the body laying next her. (Y/n) was fast asleep still and she wasn't waking up until her alarm finally went off.  Sylvie sighed and turned over to wrap her arms around (Y/n). She closed her eyes and tried to fall back asleep. (Y/n) exhaled a long breath before leaning against Sylvie in her sleep. Sylvie smiled softly before grunting at a sharp pain that shot through her head. Sylvie unwrapped herself and turned over to push her head against the cold pillow. She didn't want to really conjure anything at the moment so this was the closest without getting out of bed. The pounding in her head got worse as (Y/n)'s alarm went off and the girl next to her slowly woke up. (Y/n)'s hand stretched out to grab the phone and turn the alarm off. Sylvie sighed and smiled.

"Sorry, I don't mean to wake you up." (Y/n) said softly, pressing a kiss to Sylvie's forehead.

Sylvie hummed. "It's alright. What's with the face?"

(Y/n) had a huge frown on her face when she pulled away from Sylvie's head. She brought her hand up and pushed the back of it against Sylvie's forehead.

"You're burning hot? Are you feeling okay?" (Y/n) asked, worry lacing her voice.

"I'm fine. Just a headache. Nothing I can't handle." Sylvie smiled.

(Y/n) reached for her phone. "I'm sure I can have Wilson cover my shift for today. I'll stay to make sure you're-"

"(Y/n), I'm fine. You can go to work." Sylvie cut her off.

"You sure?" (Y/n) questioned now holding her phone.

Sylvie nodded her head and reached up to grab (Y/n)'s hand. She brought it down and pressed a kiss to her knuckles.

(Y/n) sighed and nodded her head. "Okay, just text me if you need anything?"

"Of course my love." Sylvie said and pushed on her shoulder slightly. "Now go get ready before you're late."

(Y/n) giggled and got up. "Yeah, yeah. I'm going."

(Y/n) got dressed and walked back over to Sylvie. She leaned down and kissed her forehead.

"Take care of yourself, and text me if you need me to come back." (Y/n) said again.

Sylvie rolled her eyes and nodded. She had a tingly feeling in her stomach, which Sylvie didn't really know if it was the sickness or that warm feeling she gets around (Y/n).

"Yeah yeah. Go to work." Sylvie said nudged (Y/n) away slightly.

"I love you!" (Y/n) sang as she walked out of the room, making Sylvie giggle.

"I love you too." Sylvie called behind her before laying back down.

Time Skip

Sylvie thought that she would've gotten better but she didn't. In fact, she felt worse than when she woke up. Somehow she ended up on couch and that fever caught up with her. Her body was burning up. It was a weird feeling for her since she was a frost giant, naturally cold and didn't really notice heat a lot. Her nose was stuffy but still ended up with snot rolling down a some points. Used tissues filled up the trash can she had grabbed and the TV was turned on very quietly. It hurt with loud sounds and the headache but she couldn't sit in silence any longer. Sylvie sighed heavily, looking up at a clock above the TV. (Y/n) should be on her way soon. Sylvie smiled softly before closing her eyes.

About an hour later, (Y/n) walked into the house. She dropped her things off onto the kitchen counter, noticing the medicine cabinet halfway open with a bunch of cold medicine out of it. She blinked and looked towards the couch, seeing the trash can next to it. It was almost filled to the brim with balled up tissues. (Y/n) hummed as she realized that Sylvie moved to the couch.

"Hey Sylvie, how you feeling?" (Y/n) called out.

No response. She didn't think much expecting Sylvie had fallen asleep on the couch.

"Sylvie?" (Y/n) said softer as she walked to the couch.

She leaned over and saw Sylvie laying there, still in her white nightshirt with black shorts on. Her hair was strewn about and her cheeks were red. (Y/n) stared at her shocked. She had never seen Sylvie get this way since she usually never got sick. Sylvie groaned softly before covering her face with her arm.

"Hey (Y/n).." Sylvie spoke softly.

(Y/n) quickly ran towards the kitchen, grabbing an ice pack and a thermometer. "Shit, Sylvie I'm so sorry. I knew I should've stayed home. I was gonna come back early but Wilson caught me up when I was about to leave."

"(Y/n)..it's okay..I'm fine.." Sylvie sighed, rolling onto her back to see her girlfriend leaning over her with the thermometer.

It was the one that you ran across the forehead so that's exactly what (Y/n) did. Just as suspected, Sylvie had a fever. Well the higher side of normal body heat for a human but for Sylvie it wasn't. (Y/n) placed the ice pack on the back of Sylvie's neck. Sylvie sighed in relief and thanked her. (Y/n) sighed heavily and walked back to the kitchen to grab more things to help Sylvie. Then a small sneeze came from the girl on the couch. A small puff a green flashed around a flower vase and turned it into a cactus. (Y/n) squeaked and walked back over to Sylvie.

"You better turn that back when you feel better." (Y/n) said, placing another ice pack on Sylvie's head.

Sylvie nodded and giggled softly. "Course love.
