Takemichi couldn't control his tears from falling. "I'm sorry, [first name]-chan.." he sobbed. He sniffed as his attention turned to an open window beside him and saw the sun was already up. Then his mind went back to [first name], remembering the scared look on her face—he can feel his lip shaking. Then he heard someone walk in, interrupting his thoughts. "Good morning.." said a calm voice.

He flinched when he heard a very familiar voice. He quickly turned to where it came from and his eyes widened in shock when he saw—

"H-Hina?"

It was Hinata, wearing a long white robe and her hair was in a bun, and she was smiling sweetly at him, "I didn't know you'll wake up this early." she said to him.

Takemichi's eyes widened—he doesn't know what's happening right now. He knows that he's back in the future, but he's a little confused about seeing Hinata with him in the same room. Hinata noticed Takemichi staring at him, and it made her look at him weirdly. "What's with the look? Is there something on my face?" she asked, placing a hand on her cheek. That's when Takemichi lost it.

He began to produce more tears as he jumped off the bed and ran to where Hinata is—and hugged her. Hinata was taken aback a little but she hugged back anyway. "Uhh..what's wrong..?" she asked awkwardly, rubbing his back a little to calm him. Takemichi sniffed,

"Hina..I'm back.."

It took a minute for Hinata to understand—she gasped when she realized what he meant, "W-Wait..you're back?" she said, pulling away from him. "from the past?" she added, looking at him with her eyes slightly wide.

Takemichi folded his lips, controlling his tears, and gave her a nod. Hinata looked at him in shock, then her face softened when she noticed the tears streaming down his face. She giggled as she wiped his tears with her thumb, "Then why are you crying? I mean, you're back..which could only mean that you're already done with your mission..you should be happy?" she said, giving him a calm smile.

Takemichi was still a crying mess. He sniffed and wiped his tears with his sleeves and said, "Hina..before I time leaped, I witnessed [first name]—" before he could finish, he and Hinata heard a phone ringing, which made them look at the nightstand near the bed because that's where the phone is.

"Someone's calling you." she said, pointing at where the phone is. Takemichi flinched, "T-That's my phone?" he asked. Hinata smiled, "Mhm. You should answer it, it might be important." she said as she began leaving the room. "I'll cook something for us to eat." she added.

"O-Okay!" he said as he ran to the nightstand to get his phone and immediately picked it up, "H-Hello?" he said, holding the phone to his ear.

"Hey, Takemitchy! You busy at the moment?"

Takemichi flinched when he recognized the voice, "C-Chifuyu?" he stuttered.

He heard the person laugh, "Yeah! It's me! Sorry for waking you up, I know it's your day off but I was just wondering if you're not doing anythi—" Takemichi didn't let him finish talking. "Chifuyu! Let's see each other! I just came back from the past! And I want to tell you everything that happened! I also want to apologize for something! I know you're confused right now but please! Let's see each other!"

Chifuyu was quiet for a moment, he was still processing everything. Then Takemichi heard him sigh, "Alright..I'm currently driving my way to the cemetery, let's meet there.."
