While his injuries seemed dangerous at first, it was nothing Shokos reverse cursed energy couldn't fix.

Well... mostly at least...

His hand was too damaged to be fixed in one go, so Shoko was forced to put a short arm cast for at least a week before the arm would even be repairable through reverse cursed energy. He was dismissed that very day. And firstly, decided to check on Megumi but was told to visit the next day.

The next day he wanted to pay Megumi a quiet visit so as not to disturb him too much, but he forgot about two factors: Yuji and Nobara. They had brought pizza and practically wouldn't quiet down:

"So, when did you start getting along with that gorilla?" Nobara asked Yuji

"Well, we got along but like... I remember everything that happened, but I didn't behave like myself." the pink-haired boy scratched his head.

"What, were you drunk?"

"You believe I could've been drinking liquor in that situation? I'm shocked. But I'm glad you weren't seriously hurt, Fushiguro. You're able to eat pizza now, too."

"Come on, bring me something easier to digest." Megumi complained.

"No complaints." Nobara said as she took another slice of pizza.

"Can you guys at least quiet down a bit, Fushiguro needs it." Sanemi intervened.

"Apparently, I got off easier because my cursed energy had dried up. Ieiri-san was able to fix me up as soon as the roots were removed."

"So that's a thing that can happen?"  'Yuji you know about Domains but don't know that cursed energy can dry up?'

"You fought against them, didn't you?" Nobara seemed to have been thinking about a similar idea

"Itadori, you've grown stronger, I didn't expect you to be so powerful after your return." The inferno user continued

"What about you? Aren't you going to talk about how you used a domain against that curse? Or how you fought it before I and Todo joined?"

"You fought a special-grade all alone, using Domains?" Megumi was just as shocked "also you did get a few new powers, so where did they come from."

"Are they connected with those new eyes of yours?" Nobara asked curiously

Sanemi choked on a bite of pizza "My new what?"

"Your eyes." Nobara sighed and took a picture of him "here."

He looked at his own picture noticing that his once brown eyes were now bright orange:

"I have no clue how this happened, as for new abilities I got them through training alone, which is why I would run off from our training with senpais."

"What about the domain?" Yuji joined back into the conversation.

"I honestly thought it would be cool if I had a domain like Gojo-sensei, but before then I have never been able to do it, even when fully rested" he wasn't lying, just avoiding details.

"Then why did you hide that you were this strong, Dumbass?" Nobara almost kicked him in the stomach

"It wouldn't make any difference, I started developing techniques after second-years started to prepare us for the event."
