Later That Day
Rose's POV:

I had just gotten off the phone with Jeremy, him stating that he was just down to road to help us out. Klaus on the other hand had set up dinner before going back to Connor, making sure he was strapped in tightly.

"Welcome home, little sister." Klaus smirked.

"Rebekah." I smiled, giving her a hug. "I've missed you."

"I missed you too Rosie." Rebekah smiled then glared at Klaus. "Is this a trick? How do we know he's one of the five? Where's his bloody tattoo?"

"Oh, the tattoos aren't visible on this lot like they were on the last." Klaus informed. "Let's eat."

We all sat down as a waitress came out, serving us some food.

"I could kiss the council for burning up all the vervain in town." Klaus smirked. "They made my life so much easier. Rebekah, love, eat your veggies."

"I'm not eating until you apologize." Rebekah frowned.

"For which indiscretion?" Klaus joked. "There have been so many."

"You broke my neck." Rebekah hissed.

"You threw away Elena's blood so I couldn't make anymore hybrids." Klaus argued.

"Because you too me for granted!" Rebekah fought back.

"That's what big brother's do, sweetheart!"

"Let me just name the million other people I'd rather be having dinner with right now." Stefan sighed.

I raised my glass. "I feel the pain, Stef. Try living with it."

"Yeah, you got me beat." Stefan nodded.

"Okay, so here's how it's going to go down. Rebekah, I love you, but you need to stop being a brat and forgive your brother, he does horrible things and we all know that's not going to change." I then pointed to Klaus. "You stop being a dick and apologize to your sister, and mean it! And have either of you ever thought about asking me to donate my blood every once in a blue moon to make hybrids to stop this bickering? I mean, I am a doppelganger too in a way."

"No matter what, that isn't an option." Klaus frowned.

"I hate to say this, but I agree with Nik." Rebekah frowned.

"See?" I pointed out. "Was that so hard?"

"Fine." Klaus sighed then looked at Rebekah. "I'm sorry. I often forget how delicate you are. Forgive me?"

"I'll take it under consideration." Rebekah stated.

"Rebekah." I warned.

"Fine." She huffed. "I'm sorry for being a brat and destroying what last blood you had left of Elena's. Forgive me?"

"Why not?" Klaus agreed.

"Did they really just listen to you like that?" Stefan asked shocked.

"It takes a while, but you learn to get them to listen to you one way or the other." I smirked. "Now, why don't you tell us about Rebekah's hunter?"

"Right." Klaus nodded. "Alexander. Nice chap, forgoing the obvious issues. He was looking for creatures of the night, which is why we felt quite safe around him wearing our daylight rings."
