"Cheng Min Jun, what are you doing here?"

Wen Bing came out of the ice rink in the middle of practice to find his uncle pacing up and down, clearly worried. As soon as he saw his nephew, he broke down.

"Wen...Wen Bing....mother...mother is admitted in the...hospital."

Wen Bing didn't need any more explanation. He hurried into the changing room while texting Sang Tian.

In another half an hour, Wen Bing and Sang Tian with Cheng Min Jun were in the hospital. Sang Tian was on the verge of tears when they saw the doctor approaching.

"Doctor, how is she?" Wen Bing tried his hardest to keep his voice from shaking.

"Chances are too low, Mr. Wen. She suffered a severe haemorrhage."

"D..doctor, c..can we see her, please?" Sang Tian's tears had already started flowing.

"Yes."

Wen Bing and Sang Tian rushed to the room while Cheng Min Jun was held back by Cheng Min Li's anxious call.

There she saw her. The person who tied the black string of fate between her and Wen Bing. The person who silently meant so much for her. The person who was behind the happiness she was enjoying now.

"G...grandmother." Sang Tian slowly sat beside the bed and held her hand.

She opened her eyes hearing the voice and saw two of the most important person in her life.

"Sang Tian..." her voice came in a whisper. "Bing Bing, come here."

Wen Bing slowly sat beside Sang Tian, fighting hard to hold back his tears.

"Bing Bing, do you know I am the happiest person in the world now. It has been so many years after your father's death. All of us were so miserable. Now happiness has come again..." She stopped to catch her breath. "I always wanted to see you all settle. Min Li, Min Jun, you. Bing Bing, take care of this girl. Love her, protect her by all means. Destiny has played its game. Do what your heart tells you. Just be happy, both of you."

She slowly and painfully reached out for Wen Bing's hand and placed it on Sang Tian's hand.

"Marry her. Be happy" She whispered.Marry her. Be happy. Now happiness has come again.

Sang Tian came running out of the hospital and went straight to wherever her legs took her. She finally stopped beside a large fountain. She stared at the fountain, dancing in the air and occasionally disappearing to come up happily again.

This is life. Just like this flickering fountain. Thousands leave, thousands survive and thousands are born. There will always be both happiness and sadness. Yet, people have to survive.

A child came out of nowhere and collided with her, making her almost trip. She looked down at the child. A small boy of about four.

"Solly aunty."

His innocence made Sang Tian smile. She knelt down to the height of the boy and said, "It's okay, little one. Don't call me aunty, Sang Tian Jie Jie will be fine."

"San-Ti Jie Jie, why are you sad?" He asked innocently. Sang Tian did not answer. She could not answer. How was she supposed to answer when her heart is devoid of words? The boy reached out his tiny hands and gently wiped off the tears that continuously fell from her eyes.

"San-Ti Jie Jie, no cry. Play with me. Don't cry." He held out a toy car he was holding. Sang Tian laughed and took the little one in her lap.

Even such a little child can uplift her mood when nothing in the world can.

"Xin! Xin! Where are you?" A lady came searching for him.

"Mama!" The boy called out from Sang Tian's lap. The lady came and held the boy. "Xin, you naughty boy. Don't run from mama again, okay?"

Xin pointed at Sang Tian and said, "Mama, that Jie Jie is so sad. Will you let her play with me. Look, she is crying."

The lady look at Sang Tian with curious eyes and said, "Thank you for taking care of Xin for me. Miss, whatever is making you sad now, remember, it is not permanent. Just make the best of what life is giving you right now." The lady smiled sweetly at her and left.

Sang Tian stood rooted at the spot, unmindful of the number of missed calls she was getting from her anxious family.

"Sang Tian!"

Wen Bing came running and put her in a tight embrace as soon as she returned.

"You worried me to death. Where have you been? I thought something happened to you."

Wen Bing's clear voice of worry kind of soothed Sang Tian's aching heart.

There are still lots of people who love me. I have to be happy for their sake.

"I..I wandered off." She said, freeing herself from Wen Bing's embrace.

"Are you fine?"

"No, I am not. But I am sure I will be if I am given some time."

Wen Bing nodded. Sang Tian looked into his eyes. Those eyes. The eyes which hid an ocean behind it. The eyes which had a painting drawn within it. The eyes which showered boundless love whenever he saw Sang Tian. But somehow today, those eyes were blank, devoid of emotions. Maybe nobody noticed, but Sang Tian did. She knew him way too well to tell that.

"Do you have anything to do now?"

Wen Bing was startled a little on being snapped out of his deep muse.

"Uh...well..mom has took an emergency flight and is heading here. We have to make arrangements for the funeral."

"When will she arrive."

"Not until tomorrow."

"Where is uncle?"

"He is with Coach Ma. In his house I guess." He paused before asking. "Why do you ask?"

"Can we have a special permission to practice in the ice rink?"

"Why?"

"Because you are dying on the inside. Your eyes seem like they have lost the energy to even feel anything." She lightly touched his hand. "You feel numb, don't you?"

Wen Bing's gaze changed and Sang Tian could see his lips slowly starting to tremble. She quickly hugged him tightly.

"If you can't hold it, let your tears flow. There is no one in this studio. Only you and I. I will never judge you."

Wen Bing's hands shot up to her waist and they held each other tightly, as if their life depended on it. He let his tears, which were held until now, fall freely as he rested his chin on Sang Tian's shoulder. He had never cried like that in front of anyone. Ever. Not even when his father died. Never in front of his mother. Sang Tian had this amazing capability. Capability to set Wen Bing free, free in every possible way only they understood. And that is why they loved each other so much. Without even speaking, they understood their language.

After sometime which appeared like an eon to Wen Bing, he finally dried his tears and looked at Sang Tian.

"Thank you." He whispered.

"You have to be brave. You are one of the most talented person I have ever seen. Grandmother wanted us to be happy, remember?"

Wen Bing nodded and hugged her again. His unicorn really has the ability to turn his world upside down.
