The group arrived at the high school and rushed inside, making a straight beeline towards Don Harding's classroom. Upon entry, Madelyn and Sam headed over to the desk to see if they could get any dirt on the teacher.
"So, Tracy used the kiln to char the bone, what's the big deal?" Dean asked as he headed over to the kiln.
Sam glanced up at his brother as he rifled through the papers on Don's desk. "Dean, that hex bag turned up in our room, not after we talked to Tracy--"
"After we talked to the teacher." The eldest brother corrected, cutting Sam off in mid-sentence.
"Hey --" Madelyn said, catching the attention of her sister and the brothers as her blue gaze focused onto the bottom drawer of the desk that was locked with a latch. "Sam, hand me that hammer behind you."
Grabbing the hammer from the table of tools behind them, the young hunter handed it over before he joined his brother and Camryn behind the desk, where Madelyn was crouched.
Balancing her weight with the hammer, Madelyn slammed the tool onto the latch a few times before it finally broke, giving her access to the contents inside of the drawer.
Pulling it open, the group found a bowl of bones.
"My God, those are all from children." Sam gasped.
"And I'm guessing he's not saving them for the dog." Dean added with a groan.
Madelyn stared at the bones, a frown gracing her features as tears welled up in her eyes. "These babies.." She whispered softly and looked up to her sister and the boys.
"I know.." Sam replied with a small smile as he helped his best friend up to her feet, before he shifted his gaze between her, Camryn and Dean. "School's out which means he could have time to make another sacrifice... But luckily for us, Maddie and I got his address when we were looking up Tracy. We need to hurry before it's too late."
Arriving at Don's house, Sam was quick to pick the lock which gave the hunters and Nephilim huntresses entry - with Sam taking the lead in, followed by Madelyn, Camryn and Dean.
The group quietly crept through the dark house, finding nothing out of the ordinary until Camryn came to a sudden halt, as her greyish-blue gaze fell onto a door that was slightly ajar.
"Guys.." The blonde called out quietly, grabbing the attention of both her sister and the Winchester brothers before she gestured towards the ajar door. "The basement."
She pulled the door open, silently thanking God that it didn't creak which would compromise them. Glancing over her shoulder towards her sibling and the brothers, the eldest huntress led the way downstairs, taking the steps down into the basement slowly.
On the other side of the room was Don, who had just begun an incantation at the dark altar, and Tracy, who was tied up with rope and a rag wrapped around her mouth which stifled her cries as she tried to free herself.
