Amelia head was a mess. She knew that things were hard and how she was trying to get her life back on track but it wasn't easy.
Amelia knew that she was trying to overcome her eating disorder and become a better person but it was hard.
Amelia smiled as she walked through the village and smiled as she saw cain. He walked over to her and smiled. He pulled her into the garage and pulled her into a hug and smiled
"I know things are hard. But I am here for you and it will be okay. I know that you have been through hell but I'm here and I will be here for you. You don't need to worry" he said as he placed a hand on her cheek as she looked to him and smiled.
He kissed the top of her head and smiled. Amelia knew how he was there for her as she struggled with her eating disorder and he supported her and she was grateful but she knew that's things were hard
"I just hate it how hard things are you know I just want to make it work" Amelia said as cain nodded
"I know but you will I promise" cain said as Amelia looked to hun and smiled hoping that he was right

Amelia sat in her room at home farm and smiled as she looked to grace who walked in and looked to her
"how are you doing" grace asked as Amelia smiled
"I'm okay. I am just taking it day by day. I know that you and mum still think I am a mess" Amelia said as grace looked to her and smiled
"we don't see you that way I know that you have had your struggles but you are not a vulnerable mess. You are someone who's been through a lot and who is trying her best and it is going to be okay as you are getting through it" grace said as Amelia smiled
"I guess so. It's just hard you know to make it work and be happy I want it so much and I hate it but part of me is scared I will end up relapsing and mum has been there and she's been helping me and that last thing I want is to let her down. To let you down" Amelia said as grace looked to her and smiled
she wrapped an arm around her sister and pulled her close and smiled
"I know that you have been through a lot but I promise you that there is no way whatsoever that you are letting me down. I promise you" grace said as Amelia looked to her and smiled

Amelia sat in the kitchen as she sat drinking a glass of water
"are you okay" Kim asked as she walked in
"I'm not going to throw up, I have eaten if that's what you are asking" Amelia said as Kim looked to her and smiled
"I know that things are hard. I do but I am here for you and so is your sister and we are a family and we do this together, we are a family and we will get through it as a family as it is the best way despite everything" Kim said as Amelia looked to her and smiled hoping that she was right as she knew this was one of the hardest things that she'd ever have to do
