Today, Najimi has been glaring at me with a concerned look, and whenever I look back they look away. I know they're worried for me, and I wish I could assure them I'm fine, but as long as Najimi doesn't remember Komi-san, I'll sound deranged.
I can't pretend like she doesn't exist either.
Yamai is sitting next to me, and it's almost enraging. As if she was taking Komi's place. But then again, she's my only hope right now.
Recess starts, and Yamai walks up to her friend group, close to the chalkboard.
As I get up I recognize this nostalgic feeling of having to approach her. The same as back then.
-"Yamai-san!"
She turns around. Her friends do as well.
-"Yes? Can I help you with something?"
I realize what I'm about to ask is irrational for the rest of the class, si I approach her to speak lower.
-"Uhm... Err"
I try to find something to say. She's smiling at me... maybe I should just be straightforward!
"Do you... remember Komi-san?"
Yamai's smile fades. Her shocked eyes are locked on me as if I said something I shouldn't have.
She grasps my shoulders and gets closer to my ear. And the fast threatening voice, I remember this...-"Meet me behind the school after classes"
... but she said something different.
I nod.
She goes back to her friends and assures them everything is alright.
This is good, something good just happened!
... I'm scared

It's already noon, I came behind the school to meet Yamai, but she hasn't shown up yet.
Was I hoping for too much? I didn't think she'd help me, I just thought maybe I could get a clue on what to do or where to go, but if she doesn't know either then...
I still won't give up, Komi-san is out there, I know it.
I thought it was getting late, so I began making my way out when I suddenly felt someone push my entire body back, making me hit the concrete wall.
I opened my eyes and saw Yamai's head hanging from her shoulders as she held me back against the wall.
I tried to break free, but she had more strength than me.
-"What did you do to her?"
She asked, in a hoarse voice.
-"Me?! I didn't do anything! I thought you may-"
She lifted her head and looked directly at me.
-"WHAT. Did you do to her?!"
I struggled to not have my shoulders crushed between her hands and the wall.
-"I'm telling you! I asked you about her because I don't-"
-"What did she look like?!"
...what?
-"Uhh... what do you mean?"
I stopped struggling, and Yamai covered and grasped her face with one of her hands, the other still holding me down.
-"I... Komi-san, I KNOW her... I remember her being important... so important... but I can't remember how she LOOKED!"
She put her hand on my shoulder again.
