Today's classes were relatively okay. Najimi isn't staring at me anymore, so that's something good.

I go behind school again and find Kometani standing next to a wall.

-"*Tadano"

-"Hello, Kometani"

I awkwardly stand next to him, Yamai shows up not so long after and looks at Kometani with doubt.

-"Huh? Who's this?"

-"*I'm Kometani Chuushaku. Nice to meet you"

He bowed, well, more like he lowered his head a bit.

He exchanged looks with the both of us, back and forth, waiting for us to say something.

"*Oh, and I also remember third year and Komi-san"

Yamai frowned but directed her look at me.

-"Okay?"

I nod.

-"He wants to help us"

Yamai looks at him again.

-"... Whatever. I know where to go now"

I'm surprised. I was right to wait, she does know where to go!

-"Really? Where?!"

-"The cemetery where Komi-sama's ancestors rest"

I immediately wondered why Yamai knew where that place was, when I remembered her constant stalking, even then I didn't expect her to go that far.

-"*Aaand of course it's somewhere shady"

She sharply looked at him.

-"No one said you had to follow us"

-"*No, I want to, I just guessed we wouldn't get anywhere without doing things like these"

Yamai pouted. I try to calm down the tension.

-"Well, at least we don't have to break into anyone's house, right?"

-"Huh? Who said anything about that?"

-"*Me"

I thought about how I completely failed...

-"What, did you know what house to break into?"

-"*No, just thought that we may find a clue in Komi's house, but if the owner doesn't let us in, then..."

-"Good idea, let's try that after we visit the cemetery!"

... Then I realized Yamai is more messed up than anyone present...

-"Well, for the time being, how are we going to the cemetery?"

... And how I'm willing to go along with it.

-"It's far away, we'll have to take a subway"

-"*How long will we stay?"

-"We'll probably have to stay for the night"

-"*I'm okay with that. How about you, Tadano?"

They suddenly looked at me at the same time.

-"Ah, well I have to tell my sister I'll be staying at a friend's house, and I have to get some money, so I'll go back home before we go"

They both nod and agree, and not so long after we part ways, knowing what to do.

My sister was surprised I had already made new friends so fast, in a certain way it felt bad to lie to her, but I couldn't tell her where I was actually going. I didn't want her to worry.
