During these scenarios, Cale has experienced to be a girl, a kid, an idol, and a game show winner.
He had also met Jour, his 'old friends', and even fought along side Kim Rok Soo.
But this...
This has topped them all.

"Eh? I thought that last one was supposed to be the last level?"
Maes turned to his big brother who was just as confused as his younger siblings can only stare at the screen where soon they can see that Cale was not the only one there.
+
In front of him there are other versions of him...
ALL version of him.
Abused kid.
Lonely boy.
Lost teen.
Desperate rookie.
Sorrowful young adult.
Numb Team Leader.
Misunderstood noble.
Fake Hero.
However, he was not the center of the attention... rather, it was the youngest of them all.
The youngest.
The most innocent.
The most vulnerable...
Cale was bewildered.
That Child is him.
At the moment, there's only one reason why they're surrounding that child.
+
"T-That young kid is the Hero-nim?"
One of the citizens of Rain City gasped in horror. The people all around the continents were just as shocked.
Why?
It was because how bloodied that young child is...
He's hurt and obviously abused.
Yet the description mentioned how that young child is their Hero...?
Could it be that what they're seeing right now is the real deal deep inside that strong exterior of his?
This... this broken child?

"Lie number one: You're supposed to have it all together"
"And when they ask how you're doin', just smile and tell them, "Never better"
Cale looked disturbed as he found out what 'these punks' were about to tell the kid.
He's not dumb.
That lie is something harsh but it's something that made him strong enough to survive.
So it's not like he mind it.
He's simply disgruntled at the fact that they did that to a child... putting aside the fact that those people, including that children, is pretty much himself.
