-Meditate for 5-20 minutes (optional for most methods but it REALLY helps you shift)

-Lay in a comfortable postion that you can fall asleep in

-Start counting from 1 - 100, make sure you're tired/half asleep

-If you're not asleep by 100, jus keep counting until you are

-Sneak in sone affirmations every few numbers. EG: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, i am shifting, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, i am shifting.

-If you're using this as an awake method, count until you feel your surroundings change

-If you're using this as an asleep method, jus keep counting until you fall asleep
