some terms that the shifting community uses are:
DR/dr - Desired Reality - The reality you want to shift to
WR/wr - Waiting Room - A checkpoint place in between your dr and cr. Speaking of which
CR/cr - Current Reality - The reality you're currently in/this reality
Asleep Method - A method of shifting that is supposed to shift you when or after you fall asleep
Awake Method - A method of shifting that is supposed to shift you when you're awake
Clone - When you shift to your dr/wr, a different consciousness, AKA, your "Clone" is put in your cr body, to replace you while you're in your dr/wr
Subliminal - A subliminal is a bunch of sounds/affirmations that are supposed to help you shift if you listen to them while shifting
Affirmation - An affirmation is a saying that helps you shift. EG: "I am shifting" "Shifting is easy" "I am lightweight" etc etc etc. you can even make up your own affirmations
Script/Scripting - A written script of what you want your dr/wr to be like. Although a hand-written script is recommended, a script can be written where ever you want to!
Aphantasia - Not being very good at visualisation
