this is a method i invented
-Lay in a comfortable postion
-Imagine yourself, running away from a vicious monster, in an infinite hallway (make sure to repeat affirmations along the way), and make sure to imagine whatever monster you want. for me, i imagine huggy from poppy playtime (which is why its called the poppy method), long legs, insanely scary looking, shes perfect
-Imagine a door in your path. Imagine yourself quickly running thru the door and closing behind you
-When you close the door, the monster disappears
-You finally reach the end of the hallway, and the monster destroys the wall, and drags you to a vast, empty land
-The monster then signals that it wants to eat you
-If you are ready, let it eat you
-If you're using this as an awake method, wait until you feel your surroundings change
-Asleep method, fall asleep and wake up in your dr/wr
