-Meditate for 5-20 minutes (optional for most methods but it REALLY helps you shift)

-Sit down, with your back laying somewhere, like you're sitting on a tree

-Visualize someone from your dr/wr run past you or call you etc

-Visualize yourself running behind them

-The person falls into a rabbit hole, and you fall with them

-In the rabbit hole, you find a key, that opens a door

-Walk through the door and you should be in your dr/wr!
