Having a wonderful rest after a stressful day the previous day. When a knock came at my door. I wasn't able to move any part of my body, so I had to force myself to go knocking. I could not continue my sleep since the person knocking at my door found it difficult to stop.
I stood up and head to the door" open the door and it was *Dennis* My friend, oh boy, what's wrong with you, why are you disturbing my sleep? He asked me if we weren't going to work that day. I replied that I am not sure if I will be able to make it to work.
Dennis," Have you forgotten the work I have been telling you about, I ask,,which work is that? Dennis* works at the village square owned by the chief. Oh, now I remember " hitting his head, it actually skipped my mind but guy let me tell you I'm not sure if I can go to work today or even tomorrow.
He asked me why I replied if you must know am very tired he got angry *Dennis* you must be mad, come on let's go to work, I have to take my bath before going so you have to wait for me. You have to be fast said Dennis.
He told me he hasn't seen any lazy man as lazy as I'm and how I would be able to cater for my family once I become a family man. I hiss and head to the bathroom to take my bath.
We left for work, after three hours working we came back home,
I told Dennis to see how all my whole body was paining me his response to me was that* It was laziness that was doing me.
Dennis: Jasper my friend. I think I should be on my way now because I want to go see my lady so she could help me massage my waist for me. My reply to him was that he was lucky to have had a woman that would knead his waist for him.
He told me that next time I should work harder, I feel like strangling him immediately. He uttered the statement but I let it go because of our friendship I replied to him *I don't blame you.
Dennis left because his girlfriend was already disturbing him to come over, so he was in a hurry to leave my house then he left.
Meet the three friends whose names are Josephine, Edith, and Eli. These two friends are like the three wise men that can never be separated. They do virtually everything together so one day they both came back from the market.
"Edith, today's market was something else. Josephine", that is how I see it my dear. Eli," let's just give all the thanks to God but Josephine did you see that young man whose eyes was all over you *Josephine, which man is that? guys I think I should be on my way now Eli asked her why? While Edith asked her so soon she replied" you both know the kind of aunt I'm leaving with.
She promised to see them at the village stream by tomorrow. She left when she got home she saw her aunt sitting down beside a tree.
Her aunt, who is fat, little tall, not too fair with an angry face Action woman who doesn't take any nonsense from anyone.
The woman was sitting beside the tree. Immediately she brought her head up Josephine felt like she was already dead but when she opened her mouth to speak Josephine faint and resurrected back to life. The only thing that came out of her aunt's mouth was madam welcome ohhh!
Josephine was scared to reply instead she greet her *good morning* sorry good night, good evening ma her aunt looked at her like a lion which has been hungry for ages and was ready to devour anything that comes her way. Have you suddenly lost your tongue that you can't speak? confused to utter a word with the way her aunt was staring at her" where are you coming from? Josephine reply *market* by this time of the day.
Josephine," Auntie today's market was something else. Aunt," who is he? Josephine was confused she didn't know how to answer the question asked by her aunt, Josephine was still silent then her aunt raised her voice am I not talking to someone or have you gone deaf and dumb at the same time.
Josephine replied to her auntie there is no he. Aunt," If I slap you I swear you will receive sense. Josephine went down on her knees auntie I swear I don't know any he, her aunt," for the last time who is the guy you have been seeing, you went to see that made you stay this long in the name of you went to the market.
*Josephine, I am telling the truth and not seeing anyone.
Aunt," you still don't want to tell the truth.
Immediately a slap landed on Josephine's smooth, sexy & lovely cheek. Josephine screamed for help when another slap landed, then her aunt started morseling her. As all this was going on Josephine never stopped saying she hadn't been seeing any man. Her aunt on the other hand keeps repeating' ' ' you must tell me that guy you have been seeing all this while.
Jasper and Dennis.
I told Dennis that this life we're leaving, that I'm tired of it if he's not' he replied that's life for you. me on the other hand saying (this one pass hardship) I was eating bread and groundnut that afternoon because that is our food since there is no money to eat good food so he requested the lunch I was enjoying which is the bread I gave him a little out of it and ask him about his woman.
He was surprised because that was the first time I asked him about his girlfriend so he replied* {hmmm this one you dey} ask me of my babe [hope no wahala Sha] there is no problem, first class graduate pretending not to have attempted going to school. My pidgin English wasn't good enough because I am still getting used to it so I have to speak the one I know. *See me see problem can't I ask of my guys' babe again he reply me *not like that but I know ...................
He couldn't say anything again then I told him is it that you don't trust me this guy, then he tried to cover everything up but I as a smart guy I told him to forget about it so I understood where he was coming from.......
