Chapter 5

Zachs P.O.V

I wandered a bit in the woods, trying to srain and hear any traces of human life. I couldnt catch Ryans scent yet, But i did hear rustling noises in the bush. I sat back on my haunches and looked up at the moon. It was blood red. I howled and cried softly. I was born a werewolf and every blood moon i had to either kill someone or make someone a werewolf. I want To tell Amber im a were wolf but im afraid she will leave me. She is my imprint, the only one i will ever love. I want her to join me in this life, but its her decision. Not mine.

Suddenly I heard the faint sound of voices and i sprinted forward. I could tell who was now talking. It was Ryan and Kayla. They were in the middle of a clearing and they. were talking.

" Kayla Im sorry! What did I do!!" Ryan yelled and Kayla just stared at him with a blank expression on her face. She looked as if she was compelled. Something snapped into place and i figured it out but it was too late. All in one moment Kayal doubled over, Ryan screamed ana a fowl stenched burned my snout. There was a Vampire, and he lunged for the two humans, So i ran away. I couldnt face a Vampire alone. I ran far away and I wasnt paying attention. So I phased back into a Human, Right infront of Amber.
