Chapter 13

Chayce's side of the story.

They came out of no where. There were only 15 of them, and there were seven of us. Vampires were stronger than us, but if it was two wolves and one vamp, we coud take it on. I ran and warned the viallagers to hide. From the corner of my eye I seen Zach and Amber run out of the cabin and into the woods. I was glad they were saving their asses. I ran back stood with my pack. We were backing up slowly, snarling at the evil creatures. They kept moving forward, gaining more land as they pushed us back by the river. Somewhere in the distance someone whistled and the vamps ran away, right In the direction of Zach and Amber. We were afraid for our pack members and swiftly , but quietly followed a mile behind the vamps. Their scent. was fresh and it irritated my nose.

We were aware we were being followed until a deep voice boomed.

" You guys! We want to help you fight these cold hearted bastards!" It was an Alpha from another pack. He quickly talked to Xander and then we ran off. There were 50 of us in total now, and we took on the vampires. I ran away and followed the sound of muffled sobs and the trail of dried blood. Then I found Zach and Amber, sitting in the cage.
