We arrived to italy last night, even though we are still experiencing some jetlag we push ourselves to go out, needless to say it's beautiful here.
Cyrus is driving as i put my hands up in the air, after so long i finally feel calm and a smile appears unexpectedly.

"i missed this, i missed you, i missed us" cyrus says smiling at me, "let's do it, we are strong enough, let's try one more time" i tell him, confused he looks at me and says "what are you talking about?", "i'm talking about the treatment, i think we can handle it" i say, slowly but surely a smile forms on his face once again, i can tell that he's going to be an amazing dad one day.
The same day in the afternoon we have a videocall with the doctor, and he explains the whole treatment to us, what i understood from it is that he has to do surgery and remove all the dead parts in my uterus, then i'll have to do 2 rounds of injections that are going to give me strength and after that our chances of conceiving will rise up to a whopping 70%.
But before i can get the surgery i have to take some meds, and as always there's risks , this time the chance is 50/50, this could go smoothly or i could lose all my chances of ever getting pregnant.
We spend the rest of the month thinking what to do before we return back home with cosme, daxton and a new addition to our family.
Back in new york we speak with everyone and i start the meds a week before the surgery.
"everything will be alright, i'll be here waiting for you" cyrus says as they wheel me in.
The surgery takes 8 hours and once i'm back in the room the doctor comes in and asks us if it's alright to tell us something with Vicenzo, daxton and cosme, we nod and he tells us " we where able to remove only 70% of the dead tissue, unfortunately this is not looking so good but there's still a chance that with the treatment we have left to do your chance's grow up to a 40%"
I'll admit that what he just told us broke me a little but 40 is better than 10 so i'll give it a chance.
"before i forget, remember to take care of the area as i told you sir and for you both stay away from intercourse for the next 4 weeks" the doctor says before heading out.
"this is going to be hard, 4 weeks is too long, i can't go that long without you" cyrus says, daxton kicks him and says "i don't want to know about yours and my sister sex life" we all laugh, him and cosme are finally together, they look so happy with each other, i never thought i would see them like this, or that she would have to step up for someone that's not her own blood, and as for nix and vicenzo i can't say the same, nix's been gone since cyrus and i went to italy, i don't know what happened there, cosme probably does because she's been acting wierd around her brother. Cyrus says nix went back to greece alone because she wanted to have a break, vicenzo on the other hand looks crushed, he's never looked so sad.
It's been 2 weeks since i had surgery, it's been hell to stay away from cyrus, i don't feel the last bit of pain and the doctor keeps saying we have to wait 2 more weeks but i don't think i can wait any longer.
We spent the whole day working but cyrus is still in my office working as i go to the bedroom saying that i'm tired, but i'm not, in reality i'm just grabbing something before i go back into the office.
"what took you so long?" i say as he walks back into the office with a glass of water, i'm sitting in his chair, wearing just his favorite underwear and a pair of stockings, "the fuck you doing?" he says before walking towards me, "nothing, i just came to see if you needed some.... help" i say, he keeps getting closer, "thought you were tired" he says putting his hand under my chin and slowly lifting it, "well i'm everything but tired" i say, he scans me from head to toe before saying "you are sitting in my chair bella", i know that he'll probably is going to punish me for saying this but i still do "what are you going to do about it, cry like a little boy?", "you know that nothing in me is little bella, you also know better than to talk to me like that, stand up" commands, i get up, he sits down and swiftly pulls me into his lap forcing me to lay down on him.

"you know what happens when you act like a brat" he says slowly trailing my thigh with his finger tips "i'm not going to apologize, so punish me" i say back, his eyes fill with lust.
"you're making this torture" he says before forcing me to sit up, "then maybe we should end this torture, what do you say?" i say running my fingers over his chest and down to his crotch.
he looks up before saying "you know we can't right now but fuck once we can i'm going to fuck you into oblivion", i remove my hand before something goes wrong and cyrus gives me his blazer so i can cover up and we both head to the bed room.
Cyrus patiently waits in a chair as i finish using the bathroom, but he doesn't know how horny i really am so i pull another trick just to try and get him to fuck me.
