Day 11

Mic still remembers when you were five and you came rushing into his arms after he came home from a rough patrol. He remembers how happy he felt when you hugged him, and how his heart had dropped when you uttered the words "I wanna be a hero just like you!" 

If he had known this childhood dream would stick around he would have crushed it right then and there no matter how much it hurt you...

He crossed his arms causing your lips to wobble, he knows if you cry he'll crack "Go to your room." "Why!?" He took a deep breath trying to keep up the tough act "Because im your father and I said so." "That's not fair, im gonna miss the entrance exam-!" "You won't get in anyway! You don't have what it takes!" 

He saw your face drop as tears started streaming down your face "Im going to mom's house then!" You rushed up the stairs leaving your father to feel the shame of what he just said overtake him. Mic has never discouraged you, his motto has always been "If you believe you can then you can!" so having him so hardly crush your dream hurt the both of you.

But he doesn't care if you completely move in with your mother, as long as you miss those entrance exams first that is.
