James and Edward love each other so much, they would do anything to protect each other no matter what. But, after a sacrifice Edward made and a mistake that ended up taking James' life, would James ever forgive Edward?

It was a few hours after Edward regained consciousness again and noticed he was floating in a dark dimension.
"H-hello?" Edward called out but there was nothing. But then something spoke.
"Hello there Edward Stewart..." It was the shadow...
"G-GET BACK!!!" Edward yelled while his hands were glowing a light blue
"Don't worry Edward Stewart, I shall not hurt you but give you an offer..."
"And what is your offer?" Edward asked.
"The offer if you give me your life to finally become a Shadow Demon then I'll let your friends live but you won't and...if not they will have an eternal rest..."
Edward thought about it, he wanted his friends to friends to live but he didn't want to become a Shadow Demon that the shadow was forcing him to be because it was his "destiny." He thought about it hard and then he made his decision...
"I'll become a Shadow Demon in order for my friends to live..." Edward spoke softly
"Great choice Edward Stewart..." The shadow said while Edward was walking towards it. Then everything went back again...
Later...
The Steam Team woke up in their original places where they were knocked down and looked around.
"Is that shadow gone??" Rosie asked while making sure the others were okay.
"I think so but where's Edward??" Thomas said while trying to look around for him but then James spoke up.
"He's gone...he sacrificed his life for us to live.." as James knew what happened because he was there when Edward sacrificed his life for them.
"W-what??" Henry said while starting to tear up like everyone else was.
"He's dead..." James repeated trying to hold his tears back now that his precious sapphire was now gone. "He took an offer for us to live but in return, he died and is now a Shadow Demon..."
Everyone just looked at the ground with tears coming out of their eyes.
"Edward shouldn't have sacrificed himself just for us!!" Percy yelled while breaking down as Thomas tried to comfort him. Gordon looked over at James who was trying not to cry.
"James...I know how much Edward meant to you and I'm sorry that he's gone..." Gordon said softly. James looked at him and started back onto the ground. James finally decided to let his true emotions out and started to break down on the ground. Tears were streaming out of his eyes.
"P-Please let this be a dream for Lady's sake please!!!" James cried but it wasn't a dream. It was all real...
With Edward:
Edward woke up in a dark cold room with 2 people looking at him. A girl with dark purple hair, black horns and wings, a black face mark with glowing red pupil in her right eye, and a girl with red hair and with the same features as the other girl but her red glowing pupil was on her left.
"W-where am I?" Edward asked and the Purple one answered.

"Oh hi, you must be new here!! I'm Eclipse and this is my BFF Ari!!! sorry for staring we don't get many new people here anyway what's your name?" Eclipse said like she wanted to know every little detail.
"M-my name is Edward, Edward Stewart," Edward said while getting up. "I'm guessing you guys are some of the Shadow Demons."
"Yeah, it's obvious the leader brings people here to make them Shadow Demons you know," Ari said.
"haha yeah..." Edward laughed a little. But then suddenly the shadow came over to him. When Eclipse and Ari saw it They bowed down like it was their king. "Master.." They both said.
"Stewart come with me..." It spoke and Edward obeyed. So they both went to an empty room.
"Why are we here??"Edward asked as the shadow faced him
