~Chapter 4~

"I wanted to ask you if you could tutor me in math since your like at the top of or class," Matt asked with a look on his face basically begging.

"Matt of course. I would be happy to help a friend out," I said slightly smiling.

"Ok well how is Tuesdays and Thursdays for you?"

"Perfect. Cause i have baseball and singing lessons on the other days," I rambled on.

"Awesome we can start next week," Matt smiled walking with me to class.

"Bye mom!!" I shouted and closed the door before walking away towards the school.

It was now Friday and i haven't done anything eventful all week. YAY!

"Hey Vae," Anna greeted as i walked up to her and gave her a hug.

"Hey Anna. And hey too you too Dakota," I waved at him smiling.

"Oh hey I didnt see you there," Dakota smirked and winked at me, making me laugh.

"So what's going on with you and Matt?? I heard you guys got into a fight," Anna questioned.

"Who told you that?!?!" I asked confused.

"Why Matt of course. But what was it about??" Anna kept questioning.

"Well, Matt and I were just talking about random things then all of the sudden the Jacob subject came in and it all went down hill from there. I asked why he never told me why he liked me and he said it was because 'I never should any liking towards him'. But I don't know how to show that kind of f*cking emotion!! And I d-"

"Vanessa calm your tits will yeah?" Dakota cut me off.

"Dakota suck my a*s," I fired back still ticked off.

I was about to continue with my rant about Matt till i say him start to walk towards us. But i was the only one who noticed him coming.

"Hey guys I gtg. Class is about to start and i have to run to my locker then run across the school to P.E. Byyyyeee," I said in a rush before walking away without letting them respond.

I've been avoiding Matt all day but only because when I tried to actually talk to him he was in a "rush" and only said 'hi' and 'bye'. Now it's lunch and the only seat left was next to Matt. So i just sat down without making a fuss.

"Hey guys," I said to everybody but more in a mumble so barely anyone heard.

"Hey," everyone commented back looking at me, stopping their conversations.

I look up and noticed they all had a weird look on their faces. "What are you guys looking at?" I asked slightly annoyed and lunch JUST started.

"Nothing," they all said at the same time, getting up, and leaving Matt and I alone.

"Uhm, what was that all about?" I asked Matt confused asf.

"I told them to leave when you come so I can talk to you alone," Matt said but then became silent again.

"Well, start talking then Matt," I said with a sigh.

"Ok I have 2 questions. One: Do you like me like me?" Matt asks with this weird look on his face.

"Yes Matthew Lee Espinosa. I really like you. Whats the second question?"

"I was hoping you would say that 'cause these questions are connected," Matt say with a pause. He breaths in then out and asks me a question that deep down i've wanted him to ask me for a while. "Vanessa...."

Annnnnnnnnnnnnddd there is the cliffhanger. Sorry about that. And im also sorry it short. I ahd to leave school early to pack for My spring break trip to California. Right after i finished packing i was off to the airport and i didnt have time to write on the plane because i was super tired. And so i just got home and its 11:40 but im posting anyways. Comment what you think is going to happen??
