❣ | Ch 12 - Boggarts and Black |

A/n~ Happy New Year Everyone!! Hehe i updated this book just on new year. And did ya'll see the Harry Potter reunion? It was a WONDERFUL job!

 ❣ Third Person POV ❣

~In Defence Against Dark Arts~

Everybody in the class burst out laughing as Neville shouted 'Riddikulus!' and they saw the Boggart Snape was in Neville's Grandmother's dress. He looked so funny in that huge green hat!

"Ok now! Everybody will form a line and will take turns!" Professor Lupin said. The students did as told. In front of Y/n was Parvati Patil talking excitedly with Lavender Brown and behind Y/n was Harry. (hehe)

Ron was the first one to confront the boggart. Y/n saw that he had a firm grip on his wand, scared for his life. As Ron went forward the Boggart started spinning madly and after a few seconds, the Boggart turned into a huge spider. Ron stepped a few steps behind, scared. 

This made the others in line stumble back. Y/n felt her back touching something. When she turned back, her E/c (Eye colour) eyes met with the emerald ones. Her face was inches away from Harry's. Y/n's eyes were now wide open in horror and surprise. She could feel her heartbeat race. Her breathing became slightly heavy. Their faces were now tomato red. (( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°))

"You can do it, Ron!" Professor Lupin said loudly which snapped Y/n and Harry from their thoughts and come back to reality. Y/n then turned back going to concentrate on the class still blushing madly.

What they did not know was that Hermione was watching the whole thing from the back... (A/n~Hermione is sus I'm telling you-)

"Riddikulus! " Ron shouted, pointing his wand at the huge spider. The spider's legs were now vanished and the spider fell to the ground. Ron and Professor Lupin smiled.

"Ok Now next! We need to confuse the Boggart!" Professor Lupin shouted. nd then everyone started to get a chance to do the spell. And from that everyone came to the front one by one and shouted 'Riddikulus!' as soon as they saw their biggest fear. And then came Y/n's turn...

Y/n took a deep breath and went forward, waiting for the Boggart to turn into her biggest fear. She could feel her heartbeat racing with fear. The Boggart turned into blackness. There was nothing- it was just black and empty. But then...

Her eyes widened as she saw Mathew, her Mum and Dad come forward from the emptiness. Her eyes widened even more if possible when she saw Harry, Ron and Hermione come forward. They were the people she loved and cared for. 

They all looked so sad and had sad smiles on their faces. Soon, their image started to vanish into thin air. They were vanishing into thin air. 

Y/n felt hot tears forming in her eyes. 

She did not want anyone to see her cry. She did not want to be considered weak. So, before anyone could see the tears burning in her eyes, she shouted the spell that could stop all of this.

Y/n closed her eyes and thought for a second. She thought of her Mother's warm smile, Her Dad's playful laugh, Mathew's silliness and sarcasm, Ron eating a chicken leg, Hermione's Oh-My-God! smile and lastly...Harry's goofy grin. She then opened her eyes, ready to cast the spell. 

Y/n tightened her grip on her wand. 

"Riddikulus! " Y/n shouted, her wand pointing at the vanishing image of the people she loved. And then, the image came back and they were all laughing together, happily. Y/n sighed in relief and smiled at her successful work.
