Dae-Seong let out a quiet groan, his eyelids fluttering open. It was so bright. His eyes adjusted to the brightness. He found himself on a hospital bed, in a hospital robe. He gulped down air, feeling like a jagged knife had been jammed down his throat.

He grunted as he sat up. He winced, feeling pain seer through his torso. He carefully slumped onto the head board. He sighed and pulled the blanket closer.

He had a deep frown on his face. He turned his head to the window and watched the clouds. Was his father okay? Where's Jiwon and Dong-Gyun? Did she get caught?

Questions ran through his mind and failed to notice the door opening. He heard a gasp, making him turn to an entering Dong-Gyun. His green eyes he would stare at almost everyday was filled with glee and warmth.

He watched the brunette approach him with a bouquet of flowers. He placed it on the table beside him, which, surprisingly has a lot of gifts. His ocean blue eyes found golden ones, which just entered after Dong-Gyun.

His eyes widened, looking at both of them, "you're here," he rasped out. He brought a hand to his throat and rubbed it. Dong-Gyun saw his struggle and picked up the glass of water ready for him to drink. He placed the rim to Dae-Seong's lips and tilted it, helping the albino drink.

With a small sigh, he nodded in appreciation. "What happened?" He asked, small fragments of memories that happened two days ago came rushing to his mind. It was a female with a blurred out face. "Who was that lady?"

Jiwon and Dong-Gyun shared a knowing look. Dae-Seong's mind was slowly reverting back to when they met him. To his forgetful and much more aloof mindset. They wouldn't allow that. They were making steady progress, not until his criminal of mother ruined it all

"How about my father? Is he doing alright?"  That's when both Jiwon and Dong-Gyun's mood fell. The brunette sighed, being the bigger person. "He's . . . doing alright," he pursed his lips, thinking of the next words to use. Dae-Seong rose an eyebrow and gestured for him to continue, "but?" He knew there was something wrong. The temperature suddenly dropped in the heated room.
